first I went in there to get the pork burnt in. they told me that they didn't have any so I decided to get the the ribst the half slab they were awesome good choice
What they classify as BBQ is stretching the truth a bit. I do not know who taught them how to BBQ, but they might need some new lessons. If you waste your time and hard earned money in this place. I've got bridges to sell you. Brisket, dry as the Sahara desert. Funky tasting sausage, and some Mac and cheese that had a fish taste. How do you do that? Why are they in Texas?
I will never be back at this Dickeys again. The app had a promotion to buy a big yellow cup drink and get a free classic sandwich. It specifically said in fine print limit one per transaction. I placed two orders through the app, one for me and one for my daughter there was no issue placing and paying for the orders. The pickup time was about 15minutes apart. When I went to pick up my first order the person there said that he could give me the first order but couldn’t honor the second order because it is one per customer. My first question to him was if he new the difference between a customer and a transaction. He then proceeded to tell me it wouldn’t make sense to honor this and so forth. I told him that I am sure there person in corporate was above his pay grade understood exactly what they were printing because if they wanted to put per customer or any other stipulation there would have been one on the advertisement. The fact that the app itself allows you to use the code in multiple transactions only backs that up. Technology is too advance for them not to be able to add multiple use code blocker on the app if needed. I told him this was his rule and he was taking this promotion personal. I asked for the manager and he said he was and hesitated to provide me with the person name of who was over him. He just said to call corporate. I told him I no longer wanted the first order either and to refund me completely and I will handle this poor service with corporate. This was a complete waste of time and I would have respected him more if he would have said I will honor this this time and speak with corporate about the advertisement but instead he went on to mention MOST Dickeys don’t even want to accept any coupons but we do. I was not for sure what that even had to do with me and if I was supposed to feel honored for that or not.
Very disappointed in my order. Picked up 1 1/2 lbs of sliced brisket and sides. When I got it home and ready to serve, the meat was dry, hard chunks. Even though he sliced it. Because it was so dry it just broke apart to crumbles. Tried to call twice and just got a message to leave a message. So disappointed. $55 down the toilet.
We ordered from here… it was BAD. The bread was old and doey, unedible. The meet was hard and overcooked at the edges… for the price this was an insult. Never ordering from Dickey’s again. At this point we’ve had just too many bad experiences.
Do not waste you time it wasss terrible ribs dry slider small fingers. Was so disappointed you guys Said dallas had better bbq than atlanta hell naw
I had the best ribs here. They were juicy and fall off the bone tender. The mac and cheese and baked potato casserole finished it off pretty well.
Wow. Maybe I shouldve read reviews before giving this place a chance. Ordered wings and they said they were out… and then when I got my order my mashed potatoes was actually cole slaw. I’m a pretty loyal customer so they missed out big here. Won’t be comin back
Simple order, stuffed baked potato with brisket. Potato was cold and would not melt the butter. Called to provide feedback of my dissatisfaction and give them the opportunity to make it right. I was no longer in close proximity to location and could not return. Person I talked to made one excuse after another and offered no resolution. They just lost my business, too many other really good BBQ places to go without paying inflated price for mediocre food and lack of customer service.
This establishment is very nasty and unprofessional. The manager is uneducated in his job. The crew members were just as clueless. The head isn't right , so the tail isn't either. The food was cold and sloppy. The experience was horrible and my family will never enter this establishment again.
