Parked here for airport parking. Arrived back to DFW and was instructed in their email to call once I got my luggage. Called and waited on hold 25 minutes and no one ever answered so I had to call an Uber. Which cost me an additional $25 when the shuttle should have been included
Wouldn't check use in because we had to do background check! They do a more in depth background check then my job does! Something that happened over 20 years ago prevented us from staying there! This 9 is ridiculous for a hotel or extended hotel stay! As a hotelier myself, he lied saying that all extended hotels do this! Funny I have been working and staying at Extended status all over the world and this is the only one that runs background check! A threat of eviction and no-refund of they find out you "lied" on your application! Yes there is also an application fee... And an extra person = 10$ more on room rate!
be very careful at dfw airport hotel. the management and security staff conspire to steal from the customers including a security guard named (earl westerfiend) who robbed my friend at gunpoint at the rear entrance of the hotel in 2020, and a manager named (vinit) ignored it and is profiting from the scheme. DO NOT recommend this hotel to your loved ones and if you absolutely have to stay here, make sure you're armed.
We had the worst stay/experience with lies been told here and there. First we booked a non smoking room with double beds in the room. The very first smell that greets you when you open the door is that of smoke. There was no room service, they claim we were on the extended stay and only on Tuesdays do we get clean up. There was a dead roach in the room, the bathroom had ants walking around the wall, the bathroom had one old tap working and if you ever try the hot tap in the shower,it burns you like hell. The building is old and not in good shape. I regret ever staying there and won't recommend them.
This hotel lied! We booked 6 months ago and they did not have a pool, clean rooms,clean towels, it’s non smoking but the hallways smell like cigarettes. They were rude and the entire place was under construction and smelled terribleThey have roaches the coffee maker didn’t work nor was there coffee there was no nothing here.Everything was dirty yuck!!!Never book here it’s terrible pay your little extra $15 a night and go to a better hotel.This hotel was awful
Manager they call Rocket has ZERO customer service. Treats extended guests like garbage. Roaches crawl across Mgrs desk as they sort mail. Rooms flood every heavy rain and phones are out of order. Laundry machines don't work. Unless you're an Ex-Con with nowhere to go, then don't give your money to people who have no regard for Americans.
The entire place is under construction, pool and hot tub are closed (even though we called and asked if they were open and they told us yes), it is loud and dirty. Chipping paint everywhere, sticky carpet, stains everywhere, lights flickering, broken elevator. The list could go on. We left after 5 minutes. Do not recommend.
Stayed here for a few days with some friends as we were visiting the area. Overall this is a hotel I would never stay at ever again. It’s so bad, we ended up having to get a new room as our first room was not good at all. Our second room was better, but it still had a lot of issues. The issues we dealt with were a squeaky shower, loose bathroom fixtures, stiff mattress, chipped wallpaper, bugs, no mini fridge, and no microwave. And we were surprised that there was no mini fridge and microwave in our room as online it said our room would have both. Some of us even brought food to heat up and we couldn’t do that. Also, there was no mentioning online that the pool and jacuzzi area was going to be under construction. We ended up having to go to another hotel to use their pool and jacuzzi even though we weren’t guests at that hotel. Overall, this place is a disappointment so please don’t book your stay here especially if you’re looking to save some money.
Very spacious rooms and suites are even bigger than expected and great customer service. Also under renovation. So the rooms look good now can't wait to see wat the new ones will look like. But very minimal noise and no disruptions
This is the perfect place to stay to take that flight early morning the rumor price right there clean not the best but they are presentable you can also leave your vehicle overnight or for the whole entire duration of your trip for very affordable prices I believe they offer a shuttle service and the service management was very pleasant the whole experience was good and I do give five stars
