My Dear! - If you get the lady who calls customers that, you will be in excellent hands! I wish I'd have gotten her name. So upbeat and on the ball and she makes GREAT food at this location. She's also very adept at resolving issues. They'd forgotten my drive thru order not once, but twice. A guy even got let go over it (not sure why, I didn't complain or anything) I eventually went inside to see what was up and She had just come on shift. Said she'd get me fixed up "my dear." and she did. In a very professional and proficient manner too. I'm going to keep coming back here just bc I know she's there. Thank you! Customer service was horrible, forgot one of our orders and finally got it to us after 20 minutes, food was all over cooked and burnt(ended up just throwing almost everything away) , cooks in the back playing on their phones the whole time, roof leaking on us while we were trying to eat. Best thing for this location is to completely shut it down. Worst experience I’ve EVER had at any fast food establishment.
Where do I start.... ordered chicken strip basket and steak finger basket each meal a drink ,sprite and root beer, small M/M blizzard, strawberry banana split strawberry typing only , a cup of ice cream. Got the food then he proceeds to start handing me ice cream had to beg for something to put it in the guy was like what do you mean I said well for starters a bag would be nice cuz if this is just sitting inside the pickup it's not going to make it home. Then I said this ice cream supposed to be in a cup not to cone. So he changed that. Then he said did I give you the chocolate chip blizzard I said chocolate chip is supposed to be M/M with chocolate handling that back. So he inspected the blizzard finally got another one without a top had asked for a top to go over it. Look up no drinks so he kept messing around messing around I finally got his attention and got the drinks one was a Sprite that I ordered I don't know what the other one was it was not root beer. Got home and there was just a little bit of strawberry on one end of the banana split should have been two more at least since I ordered strawberry topping only . From now on I think I'll go to Farmers Branch or Euless.
Is it REALLY DQ's preferred way for their staff to greet customer's at the drive-through with the phrase "order when you're ready". NOT WELCOMING AT ALL. Quality checking seems lacking. We usually only get Blizzard's. Recently had to pick the bananas out as they were not ripe, or given a soon too short to reach the bottom of the cup!
This is their idea of a blizzard! What happened to flipping it over? We asked for a blizzard the young man told us it would take an additional 15 to 20 minutes to make….what? Completely watered down
Dirty and Nasty. The teenage employees were loud fighting with one another about who got to go home early. They were cursing so loud. The bathroom was disgusting. Wet floor by front door from lousy mopping. Do not waste your time.
Haven’t been in some time and sad how much has changed. Went today to treat myself to a blizzard and decided to go inside. The place was very dirty especially the restroom. Place was very lonely and made me realize it was probably because the lack of urgency and also the dirtiness of the place. I wish it could get back to how it was when it first opened. I would love to go back and dine in with my family however if it there is no change then all they will lose is business. Need to find employees who actually care about their job and the customers.
I went to get tacos on Taco Tuesday for lunch, and when I got back to work I found these less than half stuffed tacos in my box. It's like they ran out of ingredients and tried to stretch them over my tacos.Instead of making me wait a few extra minutes while they made more ingredients they just gave me what little they had left and sent me on my way.Do not go to this dairy Queen.It's a sign of laziness and mismanagement, probably apathetic ownership too.How embarrassing and ridiculous that you would send someone away with such atrocious tacos.I bet the owner doesn't care at all...I won't be back unless they make this taco order right. Make things right the first time and you won't be asked to make it again.Let's see how little the owner cares, I will be waiting for a response, but I won't be holding my breath while I do it.
I feel the staff needs to be trained a bit. The restaurant was pretty dirty and the ice maker doesn't work. The soda machine was neglected a bit also. The food was pretty good but the steak fingers were suuuuper over fried or something.
Worst Dairy Queen ever. Undercooked fries and employees are rude and unable to understand simple instructions. I ask for extra cheese and bacon and they don't do it. I told them THREE times and they can't get it right. Unbelievable.
