Why are you reading this review? You're missing out minutes of delicious Peruvian food and should go now if you're only considering it! The service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The portions are generous and did I mention delicious!? The restaurant is very clean and has a great ambiance too.
Great service and amazing Peruvian food!!
As a Peruvian i do put this as a restaurant that could survive back in the motherland. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is traditional Peruvian. But keep in mind that some Peruvian dishes require special ingredients so if they have to be imported or replaced. For dishes that heavily depend on those the flavor will not be that great. For dishes with less demanding ingredients but hard preparation those are outstanding. So yeah I would recommend their "seco de res", their "tallarines verdes" or their chicharrones. Also keep in mind that Dallas is land locked so the seafood is as fresh as you can get at the grocery store not fresh as in the coast market.
This place was awesome! There is another Cuzco in Richardson that I believe is the same owner and I've eaten there many times but the food was a lot better here. The Ahi De Gallina is my go to, it's delicious. Sometimes the Chicha Morada drink isn't good at Peruvian restaurants but it was really good here. Highly recommend both.

Loved the food here! We had the ceviche carretillero, and it was sooooo delicious, make sure to try it spicy! I also ordered the aji de gallina, and it reminded me of my mom’s cooking :) my boyfriend got the lomo saltado and loved it! Definitely recommend eating here!

I ordered the pescado a lo macho.... very tasty but there was only 1 shrimp and they forgot the potatoes completely :)
