They've got quite an extensive menu and still manage to cook everything to perfection. Perfect seasoning, great portions, fast, hot and fresh. I LOVE IT HERE!!! I just wish we had one on the north side of town, lots of competition out that way but I'd say it's certainly worth the risk. A place like this, with hours as late as they go would surely give places like Zio Al's (a spot in Addison I frequent). I almost exclusively eat from them after midnight since covid took away most of the options that were previously available. If you can open a second location please do so in Addison. Also, let's get those prices down a bit ?
There's no one that I can give 0 stars. I usually don't write restaurant reviews however this particular restaurant is one that my partner recommended. I went to go get her some food because she really wanted the catfish nuggets. I was originally planning to go somewhere else to get my food and allow her to eat there by herself. When I got there I seen that they also had pasta. So I ordered the shrimp scampi. I when went outside to wait for my order to be prepared. I then returned about 5 minutes later to check on my order, only to see the cook grab the Noodles that was going into my dish With her bare hands and place them into a to go dish that she was preparing for me. I was completely disgusted, I then questioned the methods that was used preparing my meal and my partner's meal. And was told that the cook was what's preparing our meals the correct way with no gloves. I then a Ask for a refund and they stated that they will remake the order. I will not go to this place again.
I work at a competitor, so I wanted to check them out, and I just had the leftover pizza from my order from my fridge to see how their leftover held up, am very pleased for the price I payed. There seemed to be a mix up when I arrived around the estimated time I received from google, but they started on the order right away, offered me a free drink while I was waiting, and were just overall courteous, while still focusing on their incoming orders’ I’ll be coming back if I’m ever craving wings or pasta after my own shifts’
NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Delivery time and service was good. After that just horrible!!!! I wrote a review on yelp and I will be back to update my review with picture if this horrible food I have no idea what it is, but it for sure isn't what I ordered!!!! 28 buck wasted on food, but it came with a attitude I didn't ask for. PLEASE SHUT DOWN!
I love this place! They are open till 3am ?? one thing forsure is their wings are better than wing stop and you have the option to make them well done as well, only problem is when I placed the order over the phone I was coming before it closed and they have on their website “take out orders” get a free soda. Don’t know what happen but I can’t complain I love their food make sure to check this place out with your family if you are guys are up watching movies at a later time at night
Every slice was a difference size, pepperonis didn’t line up, all the pieces weren’t just CUT, they were SEPARATED, which we all know what that means. They used leftover slices from before. I called to complain and all they said was “we do not do that”, but it’s plain as day right in front of me that they obviously do. Don’t ever order from this place unless you want to risk getting some slices that a kid probably sneezed all over earlier.
Such an unhygienic place to buy food. There was a dead cockroach in a pizza. Went back to the store and showed them the issue, no apology from store associates.
The absolute worst! Ordered food at 11:30 food did not arrive until 1:15am. EVERY thing was cold. Ordered the meat ravioli and they delivered cheese raviolis instead. They were thick, pasty and bland, no flavor at all. When I called to tell them they sent the wrong raviolis they told me they ran out so they substituted those horrible cheese raviolis. They should have just called me back and said they were out of the meat ones and let me order something else.
I was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes. It took an hour and 20 minutes. I called after an hour and I was told they have left and will be there in 2 minutes. After 20 minutes I called again and was told the same thing. It is less than a 15 minute drive so I was lied to. I asked about that and the guy that answered was extremely rude to me. Pizza arrived literally cold. I will not be ordering again.
Ordered a pizza at 9:22, and the online system told me it should be there by around 10:07. I waited until about 10:30, and called, no answer. Called another three times, no answer. I got dressed and drove to the location to find out what the status of my order was, it then took them ten minutes to figure out how to find my order. Lo and behold, they hadn't even started making it. So I sat around and waited for my order, then when asked about refunding the delivery fee and tip for the order I had to go pick up myself (card had been charged when the order was made online), they said I'd have to talk to the manager tomorrow and they'd let him know about it. Got home, the marinara sauce was rancid. This is now about 11:30. Ten minutes after I walked in the door, a delivery driver shows up with an order, so they wasted his time and didn't even tell him to not deliver an order. All in all, a roughly three hour ordeal to get a mediocre pizza, wings, and service. Obviously poor management, and as the other reviews state, the inside of the facility is filthy. Do not recommend, take your money elsewhere.
