I WANT TO LET YOU KNOW OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAD TODAY AT THIS LOCATION, I took my 5 yr old daughter to get chicken tenders and I ordered a 5 piece regular combo in the drive thru. When we got home and she is at the kitchen table ready to eat she discovers the chicken is spicy and there is only 4 small pieces so she cuts the tenders to see if they are all spicy and see if she can eat them, too spicy she can't. I get my receipt and started calling to let them know and see if I can come by and get the correct ones, PHONES RINGS AND RINGS AND NO ANSWER. so I decided to drive back because obviously they are not going to pick up the phone. When I get there am assuming the manager/owner (no uniform) asks me what I need then I tell him and give him the box, he opened it and says "mama half of the chicken is gone" he made me so mad because basically he is being cheap and trying to say I was lying. I told him "no sir, my daughter cut the chicken because it is for her" at which my daughter tell him "yes I cut it" then he just told the other employees to get another box ready and throws away the old box. I just want you to be aware and check your order before you leave the restaurant otherwise they are going to call you a liar.
Fast friendly and convenient the chicken strips were delicious my large mashed potatoes were just right and the my drink took down the grub prices are cheap the food is good and service excellent you cant beat that it's a fast food restaurant so if you order dine in or drive through it's all good keep up the great work Churches Chicken ????????
We have loved every server and the food it great the baked potatoes are a lot hard
Everything tasted reheated from the day before. Dry, overcooked, and bland af. Close this location down. Pathetic excuse for fried chicken.
The best Church's in Irving. Chicken is always hot and fresh. Well worth the drive from the northside.
inform your customers if you are out of ingredients. don't just give out whatever you have as replacement and expect us to be okay with it
I used to go here all the time on my way home from work. Especially right after the built this store. The manager or owner was there and he made sure your food was good, hot and fresh. I have ordered from DoorDash the last two times from here. They always forget something or it's the wrong size side item. Tonight it was the Large Fries they forgot. The chicken was almost warm. Crust was falling of because of how long it was steaming in the bag. Never Again!
The people are rude. I will never go to this church's again. The big Hispanic man and female have no customer service. They forgot multiple things in our order and wanted to argue with me with my receipt in my hand. Needs more ethnicity working their with proper English.
The okra was over cooked i ordered half spicy half regular all of it was spicy, you can't fix stupid church's has always been my go to but if this gen whatever they are called don't learn any better than that i may have to go back to kfc
I know times are tuff but don't take it out on your customers.Food usually is Fresh but today it all seemed like rewarmed up chicken.My daughter ordered 3 piece tenders got like 5 which were different in color and looked dry the fries same thing. So that only means old food .My mash potatoes came in a cup and my son's chicken sandwich were praying it was cooked all the way thru.Do better or close down shop
