The staff is horrible. This past Sunday we ordered chicken and the person taking the orders had such a bad attitude. He claimed to be the manager and was very disrespectful to my mother.The only thing I will say, if you don’t like the job you’re doing find a better one. No need to be rude or disrespectful when people are just asking you questions.
We did carry out and it was wonderful! The chicken was cooked fresh. The sides were all wonderful. Everyone smiled and sighed in ecstasy after the trip to Church's! What a quick and excellent place to go for a spring get together!!! Even the pups were excited when they smelled the aroma! They had remodeled the location that we visited. It was nice and clean and anyone would enjoy eating inside. They offered numerous new drinks and new meal's and side combo's. And as summer time rolls in, I'll be trying their Southern Sweet Tea ! Mmm ?
The customer service is very disappointing. The restaurant was so dirty, I wanted to cancel my entire order. The employees is very rude. They was eating and on a phone call in front of customers; very unprofessional. The guy that was taking orders (I assumed to be the manager) was literally arguing with a customer because she requested fresh okra and that he miscounted her pcs of chicken. Which also happened to me but I didn’t realize until I got home. I called the restaurant to tell the guy and he hung up in my face! I didn’t even bother to go back up the store just because of the customer service. I spent over $30 on food, not even worth it.
The young guy who helped me was very nice.
Our experience at this location tonight was nothing short of religious. The individual working the counter was kind, efficient, and cool. The food was fresh and delicious. We plan to return soon.
Chicken is usually good..but not today,I went at 4pm to eat and the chicken seemed like it was leftover from lunch....it was dried up from being in the autosham all those hours....want a refund!
They went above, great and beyond with my order. The guys that work there are super nice. Thank you for the service. Will be coming back soon here again.
Waited 20 minutes. 1person got their order. 12 people in line in a very small area. 2 people working. 1 cook. 1 counter person. Very disappointed, usually good service. Had to leave without any food. Not happy
I miss the old manager. I haven’t seen him in a while so I’m assuming he’s gone. He had things running so smoothly. Food was always ready and fresh. I use to be a regular here. Now I will switch up my routine and eat somewhere else.
Absolutely filthy and there is NO customer service. They are very slow and don’t care how long you wait. They literally just disappear into the back and leave a line of people waiting with no accommodation or even a simple “hello”
