I've only had Chipotle a few times & after visiting this location it's highly unlikely that I'll return. Not sure what the employees were doing but I never saw them cleaning the dining & serving area as customers came in & out. I requested fresh queso because what they had appeared to be from the previous day. The server told me that it was cooking & would be a while. No queso. Ordered a bowl & it was flavorless. Nothing I'd order again & definitely not at this location.
The food is good but the mess that you see when u someone is making ur food is not cool. I get that speed is important but how are you gonna speed people along when ur line ain't that big and the cashier takes forever!So take time to interact with your customer and be neat ?☺️
It was good, just they missed my sour cream on the side . And I was getting one free side from the rewards, so I got that but instead they forgot to add sour cream which I order (paid)Taste wise is good but just one time they missed it so that's fine.
Poorly managed, ran out of certain foods but then we’re lying to customers about which foods they ran out of, and got caught in the lie when said there were those foods in the back ready. The guy behind in line of me got his food thrown away as well and walked out, fix your management it’s not that hard to keep products in stock knowing it’s one of the busiest days of the week. also keeping 6 customers happy and aware of the conflicting situations going on should be something taught in schools. Poorly ran business, i would recommend the chipotle about 5 miles down belt line, far better management & customer service, also, very hazardous conditions for food, burritos being slid across the counter where it’s dirty, i will have to call an inspector. ZERO STARS GET IT TOGETHER.
I feel like I always try to give this establishment a chance and get failed every time. I ordered togo and was quoted a certain time for pick up. I waited for a total of 30 minutes AFTER my quoted pickup time. Not only that, the meat tasted really funny too. Had I known it was going to be this delayed, I would’ve just showed up and lined up instead of wasting my time. The whole purpose of togo is to skip the line for those on the go, if it’s hard to comply to quoted times just shut down the togo service or just limit the amount orders that can come through. I am done coming to this establishment.
Food was cold. I watched them take it from the steam table but food was still cold. Either the heat table was broken or low water so jo steam. After I packed up my dinner and took home to microwave it was fine.
Can’t recall if I’ve been to this chain, but based on commercials was expecting a semi-healthy, fresh food experience. Got a salad with steak, cilantro rice, black beans, salsa, cheese, and jalapeños. The person in front of me ordered chicken and received a large portion. When my turn came, a different coworker took over providing me about 1/2 the serving size. That didn’t end up being a factor as several of these small pieces of steak had not been trimmed and were mainly fat and gristle. Unsure if I will go back, but will go with chicken if I do.
I have been going to thia location for over 10 years. Never had much issues until the last couple months. Place seems to be understaffed and poorly managed. This review is based on my last 5 visits. Store is always dirty. Food station is always a mess. Employees are not friendly and seem to hate working there. Today i walked in before noon. 1 person working the line. No cooks. 1 cashier and someone who was training anothrr cashier. Fortunately i only had one person in front of me as they didnt seem to have the staff to handle a lunch rush. It still took 7-8 min to get my bowl and pay for it. As there seemed to be nor organization. Whoever is managing needs to do better. If its a staffing issue than i am sorry but atleast have the workers that do show up act like they are happy to serve you and not walk around like zombies trying to figure out how to make a bowl that should take 45 seconds tops. Do better! This place is losing business. I can tell with the amount of people insode at 12pm
OMG..OMG first I would like to be honest when I first had Chipotle at the Irving location years ago the food was Terrible the management was even worse Yesterday January 9th I went to spend a gift that was giving to me for a gift and OMG OMG the food was AMAZING the faces was a lot friendlier Will most definitely be back...I do apologize for not taking a pic the food was so good I forgot to take one
This place is going down hill fast. The person who took our order was not having a good day, he was very frustrated, slinging food around. My burrito wasn't properly folded up, it was just squished in to foil. This would normally be something we could brush off but this has happened on several different occasions now. I will be finding a new location to get my chipotle from now on. Very disappointing
