Not the best Chili's I've been to. I've eaten at several across multiple states and I think this was probably the worst as far a service. We tipped our waitress well because she tried improve the service after our other waitress disappeared. Took waaaay to long to get drinks. And a lot of our order was incorrect or missing items. Not a mark against Chili's as a whole, but this one jusr want up to their usual standard.
I ordered a Quesadilla Explosion said through Door Dash and what I received was just lettuce, dressing and chicken. Where's all the other toppings???? Whoever prepared it 3/28/2022 at 12:41 PM should have prepared my order correctly. If you don't know how, then ask for help. This was not worth it at all.
The guy who brought our food out was really nice. As soon as we pulled up he came out to greet us and ask for the name on the pick up order. Southwestern egg rolls are the best but they always forget my extra avocado ranch dip but I guess that just means I didn’t really need it. But it’s super good.

HORRIBLE customer service! I’ve ordered curbside from this location numerous times. The last two times have been absolutely horrible. They never come out, you have to go in and when you finally do, your food is just sitting there. When I complained about my food sitting and it was cold, the girl replied that it’s been sitting under the heating light. Like what! My food shouldn’t just be sitting there at all, especially while I’m waiting on it! I definitely won’t be coming back to this location again. I wish I could give it zero stars.
Chilis just came out with this new burger and you shouldn’t miss it!! It’s called new Rancher Burger! 2 BIG Beef patties, ALOT of Bacon, Ranch, sautéed onions, and pickles!! Go Get It!!!
No greeting or someone to take our order. Poor customer service! Went there during lunch time. There was only a few tables full of customer but pretty much empty. No host or the wait staff in sight. Another family with a few kids came too. Just wait a few minutes before someone came out and sat us down. We waited five to seven minutes and no one even greeted us. The other family with kids were sitting at a table right next to us and the waitress already got their drinks AND was taking their order and we got there first. I don't know if we were in her section or not but someone could have at least said hello or you're server will be right out. Something! We just walked out. Very poor customer service. I get the short staff but when a waitress see some other people without even drinks she could at least check.
I ordered a cup of chili & quesadillas . First off , it took about 20 mins to get food. The Chili was real salty & thick of spices, will not ordered it again. Also the quesadillas - bread was not soft , but hard. The worse meal ever!!!!
I’ve always enjoyed going here but my last visit wasn’t a pleasant one AT ALL! Although the food was smoking hot the order was wrong I asked for no mushrooms on one order and no cayenne or Cajun season on the other but as you can see in the picture I got both. My waiter which was the bartender advised he would take care of it and he honestly tried, however the manager Hydi got a bad attitude when the bartender asked her to take it off. It wasn’t our fault or the bartenders fault, the kitchen screwed up and I no longer wanted the food. We already waited 41 for the food alone. So no we did not want to wait any longer. Word of advice if your going to scold your employees do it in private, when your less busy, and when you know all the facts!
Had a terrific experience. Amy, our server/ bartender took excellent care of us. And provided some deliciously made cocktails too.
