The positive is they've got really great nachos and service is exceptional if you sit at the bar and they do have Dr Pepper The negative.I am a major Mountain Dew fan and this company uses Coca-Cola products I'm not sure if this is a regional thing with Coca-Cola or a state side thing with Coca Cola because in Puerto Rico Chili's uses Pepsi products soI can get all the Mountain Dew I want.
The service was impeccable, our server was not only extremely professional but had the most awesome personality and had an amazing customer service ability. The food was on point and perfectly cooked as requested, I had a 6 oz sirloin steak medium rare that literally melted in my mouth as I was eating it. I would most definitely recommend you check this restaurant out, it is most definitely worth it!!!❤️❤️
Sat at their bar, prompt service, they were busy for Sunday night. ordered Blackberry margarita and it was well made and tasty.Santa Fe burger not so much. It came very quick, maybe it was already made??bun was cold, patty medium rare which would have been great except it wasn’t, lacked flavor, salt was missing, bit into a piece of paper, probably what separated between the burger patties, off flavor , maybe old?condiments did not help. Fries were good but not great, probably not cooked to order. Please, please season your food. It makes a great difference!!

Drinks were great. Had a coconut margarita it was so good I handed the keys to Hannah Parker and drunk a second one. Spinach dip was amazing. The first time I had a hot one. Service was second to none and I can't wait to return. Happy hour here we come.
We ordered curbside and it was ready way before the projected time and food was great! Fatima brought out the order and was very nice.
I wish I could give this Chili’s a O review. I’ve given them way too many chances. I figured maybe I should give them another try but as always it’s always the same result. They are slow . So today my wife & I decided to dine in for lunch. We watched our waitress go take another table order. She didn’t bother asking us “Are we ready to order “? We were pressed for time so we didn’t have the time to wait to be honest. Our food didn’t come out as we ordered which made us question “Why we keep giving this restaurant chances”? To make matters worse we waited for our change for more than enough time. I had to get up to get my change. We looked over & the other table was long gone. The service is trash at this location & this will be the last time. We are done. We will not be giving up on Chili’s but this location won’t be seeing us again.
Let me just say I’ve been going to this chili’s for over 8 months . I’ve dealt with issues with them but I just ignored the signs because I know mistakes happen. So fast forward today my husband & I ordered our usual today. I usually get shrimp fajitas . I always ask for corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas because that’s my preference. So if you pay attention for the receipt you can clearly see I asked for corn tortillas instead. We picked up our meal via curbside & the worker (female unaware of her name) said “ let me go see your order” . Guess what? She never came back. My husband had to go get our food from inside after waiting 7-10 mins. We got our food but we won’t be coming back to this location. I believe we have given Chili’s more than enough chances.
Exceptional service. Me and my sister we’re taking pictures in the bathroom stall and one of the workers rushed into the stall to get out of the picture and then didn’t come out until we were done. Don’t worry thought we didn’t take a long time so that she can get back to work when she was ready
I come to this location very often , I enjoy it more then the one near where I live. The staff here is nice attentive and sometimes even goes above and beyond honestly. They sang for my birthday, my mothers, my husband , my siblings, my brother in law and they bring us treats. They are nice to my children even when they tend to be a bit of a handful . the refills come so quickly the servers are just awesome. It's very clean and so is their restroom they even have fast and precise take out?
