I have had bad experiences here before but always willing to give another chance.Asked for 8 pc mixed chicken ... I was told it would take 20 min to get breast. So I waited the 20 minutes.I got home it was just thighs and legs; no white meat, which is why I waited. The meat that I got was way too greasy. One leg was totally dry like a piece of wood. Out of eight pieces, I still have five pieces left.I bought a gallon of unsweetened tea... we drank half of it for a late dinner and the next day (lunch) it was very bad. Usually lasts a week.The only things we enjoyed was the sides: mashed potatoes, corn on the cob , and the fruit pies.It wasn't worth the money or the time.I suggest if they say that it will take extra time to get what you want.... don't wait, just drive away.Take the time and check your order, at the window or at the counter, if you dare.
Today I buy some tenders for My family and they told me that there was bad food in it.. I took some pictures with the recipe and the tender.. it's bad smell bad and look bad.. you guys think we can eat this? I wish I could receive my money back and definitely not going there no more.
I have eaten this is Chicken Express for a couple years now and it seems to only be getting worse. Today my fish was cold my okra was cold and the chicken was tough and dry. The only thing good I got today were hush puppies and sweet tea and it's very disappointing that the manager won't even take my call at the store.
The wait time was very long like unreasonably. If it ain't spicy it ain't seasoned period. Sweet tea fire without a doubt. The gravy resembles warm water. It's a meal that's there but not one you seek.
Staff is great. But the restaurant SMELLS TERRIBLE. Food was cold when it came to the table. It’s hard to even sit in the restaurant because of the smell. Under/ the soda machine is where I think the smell is coming from. It’s a very rotten smell almost like old wet socks.
First time ever visiting this location. I was greeted in a friendly matter after a few minutes that I had walked inn. I placed my order and after a few minutes it was ready. Once I made it home we were able too enjoy our Tender and Spicy Tender Como Meals.
This chicken express is horrible we waited 25 mins just to NOT get fresh food. Not only that the food was room temperature and mainly cold also the orders were wrong we told the employee and thought he would come back with the right order and we end up waiting another 10 mins. In which he did not come back so we left. This is my second time coming to this chicken express with this problem I’m never coming back! If I could give no stars I would
We love Chicken Express. They have the best french fries and cream gravy and fried chicken livers I've ever eaten. Next I'm going to try their fried chicken strips. Keep up the great work Chicken Express
Told me to wait 12 minutes for the thighs had me pull to the side and we waited for 30 minutes I went up to the door and they completely forgot about our order these is why I had stopped coming here for over 6 months still same and the lady that took our order wasn’t friendly at all.
