I just want to say THANK YOU to the drive thru agent Bany who was so amazing at listening to how challenging its been for me to find treats my new puppy likes during my recent visit. I asked if I could buy some treats and she surprised me with 4!!! My puppy was so happy when I gave him the treats he couldn't stop jumping all over me. He literally tried to give me a hug. This location has great customer service, consistency and thoughtful team members. "Everybody likes Chick-fil-A including the dogs!!" :)
I don’t even feel comfortable making a bad review abt chick fil a. But I continue to have issues with this location, and I’m tired of it. I normally place my order either by app or get in line, and my orders are correct. But as soon as I go into the location my order(s) are messed up. How does someone mess up an order when you are standing in front of them giving the order? How does that work!?
The manager or team member that served me at this location with pink lipstick and a dora the explorer looking head band drive through was very rude . We spoke to her and she ignored us ; as well as thanked her for giving us ketchup still ignored . I'm confused , this is the first location out of all the one's I've been to that service was sub par . Not only was she rude she handed us drinks with our lids halfway on and they spilled in our vehicle.Ma'am if you don't want to work at Chic Fil A please quit . Do not bring their brand down for the lack of not wanting to provide professional service.She's an embarrassment to the brand and really needs customer service training .I tried looking at my receipt to put her name on this review but could only come up with pink lipstick and a dora the explorer looking head band .Chic Fil A is a place that people love and if you don't want to work here don't . Service will still be better without the negativity.
They need better customer service.
Made a large catering order for a work event and everything came out great. They had everything neatly bagged up when I arrived to pick it up and even helped me carry the order to my car.
Food is always hot/fresh. Napkins and condiments always in bag and order correct. No long wait even during lunch rush (when mobile ordering). Place always clean even when busy.
The people who work the drive thru can’t be any more rude! Every time I come here the look like they hate their job and are never pleasant! It really makes customers feel uncomfortable!
Burgers are good and staff are seem to be very sloppy. We ordered 3 spicy sandwich meal with coke at drive through but they took for one order. At the pick up counter they managed to take 3 orders with coke but had to wait in the drive through parking lot for few mins and a staff arrived with our parcel so we came home and saw the coke drinks are missing and they kept a single straw in the parcel for no use. Disappointed with our drive through order
Got side salad and 5 chicken nuggets in drive thru to take home and add green onions and my diet dressing plus other stuff. Really good, just right amount too.
I came here last week New Year’s Eve by myself to dine in. Kim made sure I was comfortable and had a clean spot to eat at. Not only did she help me but she helped the whole lobby and just has an amazing personality. I hope management sees how amazing she is with customers and gives her a raise! Will definitely keep coming to this location!
