Ive been coming to this chick fil several times since i work 5 minutes from there. During lunch time its always crazy packed and drive thru takes long so I usually order on the app and pick up carryout. Yesterday during my lunch around 1:00 pm I got there and there was an empty parking stop at the front so i go ahead and parked there and wait for the notification when my food was ready. No more than 2 minutes go by and a employee comes up to me saying I could not park there. Keep in mind there was no sign nor cone saying otherwise. He said that parking was for drive thru ( for cars from drive thru to wait for their food if needed). I told him I was waiting for my food for carryout and he said I still needed to move. I didn’t made it a big deal so i just moved and had to park next door at Taco bell , since chick fil doesnt have enough parking for customers. I then go inside to pick up my food and I drive to my job to eat there. I ordered the spicy deluxe meal & Im literally a few bites done eating my sandwich when I notice a bug stuck to the bun on the inside of the sandwich. It kinda looks like a grayish colored ladybug. I immediately stopped eating & I didn’t had time to go back to chick fil a to show them cause I had like 5 minutes left from my lunch. I already complained through the app & they are supposed to call me within 1-2 days . Im glad I saw the bug before eating it or how knows If i ate some without knowing .They should be more careful when serving customers.

I work less than 10 minutes from this location, so it’s convenient for me to grab breakfast. The last 4 visits (In 2 weeks) have been a terrible experience. My order is either completely wrong or it’s old and cold. Why are we waiting in a long line for cold food? You would think that everything is fresh due to the wait. I guess they pre-make everything before the morning rush and throw it in a bag. Do better, please.

First time at this location since I moved to this area. Wish I would of read the reviews before hopping in line at the drive thru.Got in line Friday at 11:37 am thinking it is two lines like any other CFA. Nope one line that wraps all the way around. Get to the window see pic where I circle led the truck at that point you are only halfway to be able to even order...Received my food at 11:57. 20 min come on, really need two lines!!Also, not much fries for a medium ( they were not even warm) and asked for no salt and they we salty. First time disappointed in CFA.I will stick with my fav location Keller Alliance and Southlake. Sorry Irving.

If I told you it would take an hour just to receive three biscuits would you believe me? Well believe it. I placed an order on the mobile app thinking it would be easy to go through the drive through and pick up my order. No. I wait 40 minutes in the drive thru line and then when I get to the window. The girl asks me do I want to wait 14 minutes because the biscuits aren’t done. I said what are y’all doing? She said the cooks are new and the management is new so that’s why. New management needs to get this store in order because an hour for three biscuits is not acceptable or okay.

Under new management, changed hours and didn't post signage... myself and many others sat in the drive thru lane awaiting service not to get any assistance from anyone. I understand that with new management comes change but that doesn't excuse competence. 10/10 don't recommend this location the assistant manager i spoke with was quick to throw the new management Melissa Campos under the bus... i hope they get this issue remedied expeditiously

I love going to a Chick-fil-A place anytime, first time at this location. Staff very friendly. Had one little issue but staff took care of it very fast and I'm grateful for their service as always.

This is an excellent store! Every time I go the staff are friendly and efficient. Today their was a young man at window working lunch, and he was by far above and beyond. Ive worked at 2 previous locations before and I always appreciate the hard work!

My food is almost ALWAYS cold and stale every time I order!!!!! Obviously these workers don’t care how they make your food. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and not complain, but enough is ENOUGH!!!It’s close to my job, so that’s the only reason I come here. Fries and chicken taste like its been sitting out for hours… and this is lunch hours when its busy. I used to work in dining so I know how old fried food taste. Give people decent tasting fresh food!!! Its pure laziness and sad! If this keeps happening, I will report this to headquarters. Period.

Was able to order, walk in entrance door, grab my sacks from carryout bins, get extra of what I needed and walk out the exit door. Easy peasy and there was no one in the restaurant, so no bumping into people or having to stand atound with people waiting on food. Excellent work Chick-fil-A, keep doing what you're doing.

It was not good. The person that took my order was acting as if she had no idea what a chicken wrap without the tortillas making it a grill chicken lettuce wrap. Instead the "manager", handed me my order he asked me to check it i did and I showed him it was a grilled chicken lettuce taco. He didn't offer to remake it he just apologized and walked away. I just left the bad service along and told the "manager" i'm sure I will get a review from google. Once I unwrapped the paper from around the grilled chicken lettuce taco it fell apart so I took pics of it and didn't even want to go back into the restaurant because the manager already told me by example that their was nothing he could do. I have gone to Chick-fil-A in Southlake TX which was another 15mins away and asked for the same thing. Grilled chicken wrap without the tortillas and it was perfect. It was a long wait for a chicken lettuce taco that opened up like a salad once I unwrapped the paper from around it. This was a 20min odyssey and it was walking with myself being the only walking customer. Highly Not recommended. I was very disappointed the manager was indifferent.
