I love CFA but this location was not like the rest. Everyone was rushing like normal but most were careless. My order was wrong, didn’t notice until I got home. Also when I paid, I asked for a receipt and they told me the “receipt machine is broken”. But I saw plenty of other receipts being passed out to other cars. Maybe it was just mine. Overall, it was still good food even though it wasn’t what I ordered, but I think everyone was wanting to go home so it didn’t matter what got put in the bag.
Never have I gotten a bad order from chick-fila until this evening very disappointing my son went through the drive through around 9pm orderd 1 regular deluxe meal 1 spicy deluxe meal and an 8 piece nugget.My son didn’t really care that the fries were soggy, cold and EXTREMELY over salted! He was to hungry to complain. I on the other hand was not happy.My sandwich had a very small piece of chicken, that was dry and tasted old topped with gross tomatoes and a ton of soggy lettuce, I’m guessing to make up for the lack of chicken. Chick-Fil-A you are much better than this. Hope this was just 1 bad day.
Cold fried, forgot to get to give us the sauce for our sandwiches. Ordered combo with large fries, but they didn't even fill up the container.
I don't know how they do I it but chick-fil-a is always fast and good with great customer service.
We ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches and paid for it in the line. Butl when we got around they say its not showing in the system and was charged in our account. Disappointed with the service.
What's there to say? It's a chain restaurant. It behaves like all chains do. Some are worse than others. Some are better.There will never really be a 5 star level of service, but sometimes it can be awesome. This one was kinda average.Nothing stood out except the log wait. I blame the pandemic and short staffed issues. Pay your employees better please.Bring back curbside delivery as well.
Ordered 3 piece chicken strips and they were very tiny strips and cold as ice looked like 2 nuggets put together instead of a chicken strip I come at least once a week and never had a problem with the food quality
This was my first time for curbside pickup, it was great, especially since we were ordering for 8. Chick fil a has it down better than anyone else! Plus who doesn't live their food!
I always Drive-thru. There's no choice for Drive-thru below. Only dine in, take out or delivery. I don't even know if they deliver. You probably have to use a delivery service app. I've never even been inside this location so I can't answer any of the questions that are being asked about dining in. It's always busy at this location but the lines move quickly. It's right on Belt Line so getting in and out of the driveway can be awkward or time consuming. But like I mentioned above, it moves rather quickly. The Southwest Spicy Chicken Salad is really good! It's really spicy too! Mine had a good portion of chicken but my son's didn't have as much chicken. Maybe even it out some.
This IS the absolute worst Chick-fil-A in AMERICA!!!! I admit it was close to closing time when I ordered however.... I still expect the same quality of service and food as if the restaurant was just opened. How dare you serve my family old and burnt food. Unacceptable by far!
