This is by far their best restaurant in the Metroplex! Me and a couple friends went for lunch, spend some bro-time together on a Sunday afternoon. I had the Chicken Fried Steak, they had the Chicken Fried Chicken and the Salmon. The service was on point- all of the staff was courteous and super friendly! Great atmosphere and clean- all top-notch! Highly recommend coming here, I'll definitely be returning.???
As everyone does, we turn to Google to see what is open for lunch, dinner and etc, but I said to myself "oooohhh I haven't had Cheddars in a while..." so I proceeded to order online. BIG mistake. I should have not been lazy and cooked. Placed order, food will be ready for curbside pick up by 9:32pm. Arrived on time and checked in my assigned parking space. Minutes go by so I walk inside to the carryout window. 10 minutes and no one is at the window. An older gentleman was waiting in front of me to pick up his order also. I asked for a manager. He arrived. Took 2.00 off my order but still took forever for me to get my meal to leave. By the time I got home the food was winter storm cold and DRY!! No sauce on my new orleans pasta. Tasted BAD. 3 little sliced sausages also.
I love eating at Cheddar's! The food is great, cheap and customer service is a plus. This is my family's favorite restaurant. The wait is worth it.
Got to the restaurant at 5:40. Was told there would be a 30 minute wait. We were seated at around 6:05. Our waiter was in training and was with another waiter who was doing most of the work. Everything was fine until the waiter changed my burger to a kids burger and told me that it is the same size. Since my burger was a kids burger the toppings weren't the same and my burger didn't include pickles and tomato. Also my burger didn't come with the same amount of fries as the regular. I thought she just changed the burger to save me money. But besides that everything else was fine.
The Monte Cristo tastes like sweet satisfaction, when everything finally goes your way after years of struggle.
cheddar's Restaurant is a great place to eat with your friends, family, girlfriend or boyfriend. excellent service a very clean place. go and live a wonderful experience
Maaan, this used to be my one of my favorite spot especially when I had visitor out of state which don't know Cheddar's or from out of country. I moved away but moved back. I was in the area and couldn't resist, made that exit...I should have kept going...Lol.At the entrance at the host desk 3 employees. "Hi" I stated I would like oder to go please. I guess I interrupted something? One pointed, " "There around the corner." Ok.. Got there. Guy tells me to hold on. Ok, holding on. La la la. Told me to hold on like 3 times ... Ok holding. Another customer came up acting like I am in her way. She came to pick up an order. I am still holding, didn't get to order yet. A female worker came up took over, guy left and I finally got to order ... Yaaay. What I always get ( Honey Dijon Chicken with mushrooms ) is no longer after more than 10 or 15 years after COVID it had been replaced by the Lemon chicken. The chicken meat inside wasn't dry but something was missing like maybe a light glaze? There wasn't much flavor to it either I didn't taste anything lemon but it was lightly seasoned. It came in top of the bed of rice which I declined but wasn't allowed to substitute...ok that's fine. I choose my two sides of course Cheddars famous Broccoli Casserole. Then she told me they wait is 20 min. Your should have seem my internal face under that mask. If I wasn't hungry and didn't wanted to have stopped somewhere else since I made all the effort exiting, parking, waiting, more waiting already I would have walked out.
Waited over 25 mins for pick up order and they got my order wrong. Only had 1 girl handling the pick up counter and they were busy. Gave me a loaded potato that wasn’t even loaded so JUST a potato and got one of my sides wrong. I asked for carrots but they gave me green beans. The girl was nice but I don’t understand mixing up vegetables..
White fish was ok, but miss the catfish. Green beans were stringy and woody, used to be so good. Asked for tarter sauce but there was none in to go order.
Have always had good experiences at Cheddar's. This time was no exception. Great food and friendly service.
