HiI don’t see less than one star to rate this service, we ordered a two plates of traditional wings and waited almost 40 MINUTES, the guys next to us came in after us and order almost 4 plates they got delivered the food before us. This is so ridiculous not sure whom to report and the manager there is so rude after we explained the situation she replied “whenever the food is ready it will serve to us!”May be they went to get the freshly cut chicken lol, my question is why they don’t serve to us because of we were not well dressed up? Now I see why this one got less rating.

It was self seating so my boyfriend and I chose to sit at a table away from others. Took almost 15min for a server to come by, greet us, ask us if we wanted drinks. She was gone for about 5 min before coming back to offer us actual menus instead of having to scan the qr code. Another 15min and we finally get our drinks and order. We added the chips and queso at the last second just as she was walking away but we never got it. Food was quick to be brought out but mine was incorrect. Before I could tell our server, she was gone and we didn't see her again for about25 more min at which time she didn't ask us how our food was but was offering my boyfriend a refill. She first brought out Pepsi but he had sweet tea. So we finish out meal and we cannot find our server anywhere. About 10min later she comes back over, places the check down, then takes it and the card to go run it. Comes back and drops the check and card on the table and walks off without saying a word. I'm glad I'm only in town for a couple of days because I'd be extremely disappointed if this was my local BWW.

We went on Thursday which is their boneless wing special. Some of the sauces were good some not, we probably tried about 10 or more flavors. I feel like it was kind of a mess though. They serve the wings on a tray, so all the flavors mix together. I also signed up for there rewards thing to get free nachos.... Fine print is key. The promotion expired in 6 days and wasn't able to use them on that visit. I wasn't planning on coming back that soon so it expired. I use to eat at BWW all the time now I never go, I decided to try them again and I wasn't really that impressed.

first of all, the place looks nice, when we entered a girl told us that an area was closed but we did not give it importance, we went as a family, my husband, my baby and I, a boy attended us, we ordered right away, we expected to have the drink but they didn't even give us that 28 minutes passed and they didn't even give us the drinks, my baby was very hungry, I asked the waiter to please give me my drinks and the nachos and 10 minutes passed and NOTHING HAPPENED they never served us well, we left the place in case of terrible service, we were COMPLETELY IGNORED!!! IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE... I'M NEVER GOING BACK...!

I am really disappointed with the food this Buffalo wild wings location provided. I was thinking of need and tidy service but the way they serve their food was really untidy. The food looks stale and they might have served me a stale food. I wouldn't be visiting this location ever in my life. I have been to various other locations but this was the worst location I have ever been. I paid for all the food I ordered. Please serve the customer as they paid for food. Nobody is sitting with no money. Hope they will be providing good, neat and tidy food from next time. I would rather visit another place . I don't recommend anyone else to go to this location.

Always great wings. Never had a bad experience here. I eat to-go here often and it's fresh every time. Dave is the Assistant General Manager and if he is working your definitely in for an even better dining experience.

This was my first and LAST time coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings! I ordered asian zing wings. They gave me dry wings and when I politely asked for more sauce, the lady said for 65 cents I could have more. I showed her the dry wings and asked her would she want hers like this and she replied, "I don't eat those." Terrible service. When I returned to the counter for a refund, she acted as if I wasn't there and didn't acknowledge the fact I was standing there for at least 2 minutes. Smh horrible experience and it actuallyexplains why the place was empty at lunchtime.

PLEASE DON’T VISIT THIS STORE and The Manager name called Cristina and Her Staff are Very Rude at the customers.I should give -ve points are review but I didn’t fond it.I have ordered wings bogo and i ordered sampler at restaurant using my rewards.They told me that package is ready for pickup but they didn’t put the wings on my pickup bag, I was noticed later at home that I don’t have the wings package and they trashed my item and the manager Christina insulted me in front all customers very rudely and they waiter of Mexican people are scolding me all bad words in the world.I never seen this kind of rude experience for customers on my career last 12 years of Buffalo Wild Wings, the Manager and Staff are very rude at customer’s at this Irving store.

My wife and I, we love wings, we had a great experience going to this brand of restaurant, we come to this location and it’s not the first we have a very bad experience, long wait to be seated, having tables available. Main dining area closed. Absolutely had a bad moment since we entered, We were ignored for about five minutes. Not good, place should be closed if not have enough staff.Better experience on other locations.???

Absolutely disgusting. We were sat and all the tables around us had not been picked up. Manager and servers walked by several times glanced at the dirty tables overflowing with trash and did nothing about it. Instead, they started dropping off more dirty cups, plates, napkins,etc.
