This was the perfect slot for lunch today. It was fairly busy but the service was wonderful! They had plenty of seating that offered privacy if you want to eat sight unseen!
I went their and the employ gave wrong price for one items she told me 8.53 $ and I two extra items which arround 5$ more so the total cost arround 13.53 when I went to the cashier they charged me 19.78$ I said why she told me that the price of my item then the employee who gave me wrong price from the beginning she said it’s my fault cause I didn’t read the menu?!!!!!!!!! I trusted her then she did refund for me as a cash refund the receipt doesn’t have any information of my credit card number then I wait till the refund post for week but nothing show in my statement I met the Manager he told me this is a credit refund I told him please print the credit information on the receipt he said he can’t then I went to my bank they told this is consider as cash refund not credit I talk to them they said this is my fault cause I didn’t read the menu and waiting 9days ?!!!!!!! I lost the 19.78$They don’t know how to make refund or may be the know but the employee playing bad game with me
Salads from the bar taste like you’re eating out of a fridge. As if something in your bowl has gone bad. Worst salad I’ve ever had, threw it away immediately. And the staff couldn’t give a darn about the service. Wasted $17.
Salads are always good from here the food isn’t the problem. I walked in today and the manager or owner or whatever he was is yelling at the employees over spoons. He was yelling, “if those are empty do you think people want to come back.” That’s not why I don’t want to come back the employees there have always been so great but this guy needs therapy for anger. If I didn’t come back it was solely because of him. Nobody especially nowadays when you can find another job in a day should ever be treated like that. Employees normally great us with hey welcome in etc.. but not with there’s no “fing” spoons. Clearly these employees in my opinion don’t take after their leadership because if they did they to would be terrible people but nope just this guy.

Very busy location. If you're picking up, the website will tell you 30 minutes, but it's going to be 45. If you enjoy watching Karens freak out about how long their To-Go order is taking, great spot."I have a meeting in 5 minutes! Where is my order? The website told me 12:15! Can I have a refund? Are you making the orders in the order that they were placed? I've been waiting way longer than that person. Can you believe this place?"Also. Their fountain drink is always broken. Been broken for going on 2 months. Not sure if they're trolling us or not, but just order a bottle drink or tea instead.If you're confused as to why there's a labor shortage or a Great Resignation, come watch this place over your lunch break. Constantly short-staffed, broken equipment, angry customers, ingredient shortages. The cashier lady is here everyday, dealing with it. I wouldn't. I would've left a long time ago. And if have to be pretty desperate to come back to a job like this. For any amount of money.

First time here, looking forward to a second, very tasty.Update; Ive gotten that second visit under my belt and the customer service was consistent and the food is good. They do a great job.
I have been horrible for the past month with my eating and made a decision to start back getting back yo it today as far as my vegetables and fruits.Put in salad near me in Google and this place came up and very near me and I liked the very different approach to a sandwich and salad.The bread is sooooooo good although its just the outside of the bread and so many toppings and dressings to choose from! Goodness lol. I went with the Southwest Zeppelin and added crumbled eggs and red onions with lemon juice and olive oil.It was so good that I wanted to save some for later lol.The person that made it and the person that checked me out at the Las Colinas location were so nice as well. Thank you all!
