The counters where napkins straw were nasty they had ketchup straws melted ice cream everywhere the tables were all nasty. Bathroom was just as nasty the manager was there along with about five different people working. The store part was the only clean place there the clerk was very good service the rest no I will never eat there inside.
The line was not to bad. I do have to say that it is a bad parking area is pretty bad. You have the line for the drive thru and then cars trying to back up to get out, not the greatest. We ordered three Candy Mix and two were to the top like it is supposed to be and then the third one is short of candy mix. Now to explain to a child why they are not the same on each cup is really not what I wanted to do but had to.

The store looks great now that they are done remodeling it. I just wish there was something to do about the drive through traffic. It backs up into the street and makes it impossible to park if you are trying to go in. Love to go for ice cream after dinner though. I like getting the ice cream sundaes.
Very nice experience, the staff is really friendly. The place was clean and well organized. The ice cream, Milk , bread etc. everything turned out really well. Definitely a go to place now :)
Sometimes there are traffic issues between the drive thru line and in store customers coming and going. Otherwise, the staff is nice and I've not had any issues with the food, etc.Love the fries and mint chocolate chip shakes!! Oh and they have great milk too! ?
When I was there middle of a weekday it was very clean and well stocked, smiling employees offering help. Nice to have a convenient little store near by. Prices not bad either.
Perfect grocery store + takeout food. All basic groceries available with great quality brought out from their farms.I switched to buy everything from them over walmart or kroger.
Love this place. I do all my grocery shopping here. Fresh foods and fruits, also ice cream varieties are a delight
The service is awful. The young man who took my order spoke clearly and was polite. After paying him it took a dive, the girl at the window I feel was a bit rude and had me pull forward so they could serve ice cream. I waited approximately 15 minutes to get my order. The young man that carried my order out to me was very unimpressive. He said sorry as he turned to walk away continuing to mumble something as he left. I suppose he was apologizing for the wait, it's hard to say since I couldn't understand him. The food was barely warm at that point and I found not one napkin or pack of ketchup. The burger was not worth eating and the dysentery the next morning broke me of craving Braum's for some time to come.
