Well another 20 minute wait. To order not one person ask me anything. Maybe a culture problem but hey it is what it is due to eight people working only a few people inside
The place is great, just got a renovation. Don't recommend on the weekend mornings and early afternoons as it's right across from a little league field and gold course. Otherwise it's a great family environment and of course, delicious food and ice cream.
This location was very busy for an afternoon treat for the little ones. The ordering staff was efficient if not too talkative. The menu board was clear and easy to make a choice. The food delivery was a bit clunky as we were given a number on our receipt but no one let us know our order was ready. Once we were seated for several minutes we had to check ourselves. Then someone started announcing other orders after us. The line grew quickly so it just could be a lack of knowledgeable staff. Outside of this our meal was accurate and enjoyable.
My Family and I absolutely love and enjoy this restaurant. This is definitely a very family oriented place to eat. The whole staff is awesome and always goes above expectations.
Ordered 2 Old-fashioned banana splits and the scoops of ice cream looked like half scoops of ice cream so I started looking around for a manager and ask another employee for a manager, that employee offered to remake the banana splits after looking at the one that was already made and trash it.
My former neighbor (USDA Inspector) stated Braums Ice Cream and milk have always accrued the highest pasturization cleanlines standards 95 % or above testing ratings several times by his U.S.D.A tests, way above, compared to 88 % rating on Blue Bell . He also stated Braum's Dairy products are from their own dairy cattle, unlike Blue Bell which does not have their own farm dairies. Stating Blue Bell buys dairy products from resellers to make their ice cream, products. Thats why I always have purchased Braum's instead of Blue Bell, knowing where there products are really from.
They need structure. Always busy. Store kinda messy. Burgers are fresh and good fries are old and cold.
The Mgr seemed annoyed to help because last time they messed up 60 percent of my order then went on to mess my order up again and didn't even give me time to give her the rest of my order then went and sat in a booth with other employees I love braums but the service is so bad I can't understand it I've worked in customer service for years and never would I have the attitude the Mgr had when the previous order was incorrect
Spicy chicken sandwich was ??????? and the hot fudge sundae was ?? but I forgot i was lactose tolerant ♀️ it was still good just pray for me and my toilet ?♀️
They bave pumpkin ice-cream, yummy.
