Place is amazing! I only eat King Crab and they always have the best! Huge Legs! And the 1lb is cheaper to buy here (as of this date) than it is to buy at the grocery store and is better quality!! I refuse their offered seasonings and just get it steamed with a cup of melted butter. I am always surprised by the quality and I usually get my king crab from Tom thumb or central market.
The food was amazing. The staff on the other hand… I’m a regular here and we always substitute the sausage for more shrimp and they never charge us . It usually cost us around 70$ . Well One of the waitresses charged us 20 extra dollars for it and the bill ended up being 100$ . when i asked Her to correct it she said “no bc then I’m going to have to pay for it” I said “okay well can you talk your manager?” Her response was “no, because I’ll have to pay for it” i only Wanted to speak to her manager because clearly the girl was new and didn’t know so maybe he’d give her a break and fix the ticket. At this point i was Getting irritated because she told me no twice & that’s it. I simply told her to get her manager so i can Talk to him but she said no again and said if she gets her manager she’ll get fired. I was so fed up and was about to raise my voice but i just Told her to run the card so we would leave.
Good but over priced for lunch. Nothing really lunch affordable on the menu other than salads that will run you 20$. For dinner it would be good for a super nice date unless you split a plate because everything worth ordering is at least 35$. The food was delicious though. We got the crab lobster and shrimp combo with lemon pepper and it was really good.
I don't even know where to start. The people/staff at the restaurant were very very nice. The food was HORRIBLE!! I'm from south Louisiana and when I tried their boiled seafood it was NOTHING like I thought. I LOVE seafood and could eat it at any time of day.... literally. I ordered the "A" and it came with boiled shrimp, lobster, snow crab, two potatoes and two corn. I didn't eat the boiled shrimp and it was a struggle trying to eat the lobster. The seafood had a very very fishy taste to it. As I was chewing the boiled shrimp and lobster the fishy taste was bad to a point where I felt like I was going to throw up. I never leave seafood to waste but HERE I had no choice. I should have known this place wasn't going to have great seafood bc it was not busy on a Saturday night/evening. Please go somewhere else if you are wanting good boiled seafood. This ain't the place guys.

Food was cold at leasr my lobster and shrimp were. If you are he for their A, B, C, and D plates it may be a good place. Other than that food presentation was way below average for what i paid. Food lacked that restaurant taste that i was looking forward to. Bad food overall. Place looks inviting from the outside but thats about it.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAID!! First off, the price on line it’s not the real price. I was starving and desperate for food and this place was open. I ordered fried rice combo and the food was bland. It tasted the way it looks. ItI was so disappointed and I thought it was because it was late but after viewing a few reviews, I realize this is actually what they serve. Do yourselves a favor and get some Burger King or McDonald’s instead.
0⭐️ Still suffering from stomach virus!!!!! Manager cursed me out out loud and refused to refund money even after receiving the food back! Terrible customer service. Ordered food to go and was given the wrong order. Nearly impossible to reach by phone and extremely unhelpful when that eventually happens.???????????????? i am beyond disgusted and will definitely be suing !If you really care about your health, I wouldn’t eat at this place, was passing by around 9pmand rats were running inside
My wife received one of the most terrible experience you can imagine with the manager! He cursed her, threw money at her, and even threatened to call the police on us just because we decided to speak on our right!1) not only they provided her with food that cause stomach virus and she can’t even go to work for 2 days now!!2) he insulted us and was beyond Despicable!3) the police had to be involved now imagine all of this is only because we decided to speak up about the effect of their food!4) don’t ever bother eating her their food is nothing but uncooked meat!
This place isn’t bad but I’ve been in other places.This place its more pricey then the other places I’ve been.I usually pay about 20-27 for a combo but it’s 39 here! But food isn’t bad but needs improvement with prices if they need more people here
