The chef was great! Meeting people is always a good thing at the table. I enjoyed the conversations.

If I book a reservation for two as a date I shouldn’t not be seated with another random family, but the fat African American paralegal lady was very rude and after another host was going to get us seated someone else, she made very rude comments to my boyfriend and threatened to “catch me in the streets”😂 didn’t want to give her name either

It was for a birthday celebration.

Our reservation was at 6:15. We had to wait for the other people scheduled at our table to arrive (people we did not know). We were finally seated at 6:35. The food was very bland, and the service was not excellent. It seems the serving team was not excited to be there! The restaurant was expensive for the quality of service and food.

Waitress didn’t make sure that we had silverware. Brought out the salads and still no silverware. We had to end up asking someone to bring us out some. She wasn’t coming back to check on table too often. Not a really good experience.

We had very bad service from our chef… it was clear she was novice. Our food was over cooked, over salted and we didn’t get certain items that should have come with our meals

This dining experience was not pleasant. The rice was stale, chicken dry, and after an hour and a half wait for our food to even start cooking, I was just ready to go home. We were assured that the wait to even sit down would only be a few minutes. It turned into 45 minutes even with a reservation. We Arrived at 8 and didn’t leave till 11. I don’t think I’ll be returning here anytime soon.

We went for a b-day celebration w/the $30.00 off cert. It wsa at 4 pm so not busy at all and I had reservations. We go to B alot so we are familiar with how things should be. This time was not up to B stds in our opinion in service or in food taste. The server was most attentive to the other couple and we were ignored the entire meal. Our tip reflected that as well HUGE mistake for her as we are grt tippers with service is good. We had to ask about a menu item and she just pointed to it on the menu kinda snippy - really? not even busy mind you and they get more off tips than salary I think. Anyway we just weren't feeling it - at the end the other couple got togo boxes, bags and refills on drinks and we had to ask for every thing - really? The chef was a grt person and did a wonderful show w/humor; however the ckn had no flavor and the shrimp was tough - suspect over cooked - it only takes minutes for shrimp. All and all I would not go back for a while if I pd full price as we know from previous experience this isn't the norm. However, with coupon it was bearable - we notice prices went up as well but the coupon did not - should be $35.00 in our opinion. Well you asked and this is it...sorry for the bad news but hoping B ups it's game sooner than later. With this environment customers will not be back at these prices and with the soso food. Tks for the coupon we love B usually.

Worst visit to a Benihana ever. We are regular customers and come for birthdays as well. This seemed like the dinner that just would not end. The server forgot about us after the soups and refills were nonexistent. The Chief was nothing but a comedy of errors that just wouldn’t end. First he had the wrong counts and personally ran back and forth to the kitchen 4 times. He cooked from soup till desert. Made rice 3 times, shrimp 3 times, cooked a Togo separately. The fun is watching knowing it will end quickly and you can eat timely. He never ended. He also was clueless about the cooking equipment and burned everything on the flat top. The worst was sitting on the side where all of the burnt soy kept overpowering us because he didn’t know enough to turn on the exhaust fan till I noticed it was off and asked. By far the worst dinner ever!!!!! Other tables that sat long after us finished far ahead of us. Terrible management.

First time here! Celebrating my moms bday. She enjoyed the experience alot. I just felt that the place was very hot. We waited a while for a chef to be available to cook our food. The food was overcooked and not so good in taste. The only thing i liked was them singing happy bday to my mom and giving us a photograph souvenir of the whole family. Other than that you pay to just have food cooked infront of you.
