This was an awesome restaurant and I’ll definitely be coming back.
The service was good nothing over the top but I was taken care of. The prices wasn’t too bad and I made it in time for happy hour…9pm until close.
Went for the first time yesterday. Took a while to be seated, but it was a large group of us, so it was understandable. Also, Ellie held her own. She was super sweet and patient. The food was great. Mine could have been a little hotter, but overall, I definitely plan to go back.
Customer Service was great! The spicy chicken burger was good. Kids chicken fingers were tasty. The ribs were very good. However, the steak (that's not pictured) was not good. I would not ordered and steak from here again. But I will give it a second try. Oh, we also ordered the spinach dip and a house salad...both was excellent.
The atmosphere was fun and inviting. I went to the location in Irving and it was a bit of a drive for me but well worth it.

we've come several times. the mixed drinks aren't the best but the food never fails! love the gringo queso and have yet to get a bad burger. the service has always been extremely friendly.
I WAS a very loyal customer. I discovered 54th in Kanas City by the airport about 8 years ago before they were even in the DFW area—and will NEVER go back and will actively tell people not to go. We ordered two drinks; my friend went to the restroom. The waiter (who is normally the bar tender) brought the drinks and noted we weren’t at our normal table and asked if we needed an appetizer and I asked for onion rings. He then asked if we needed ranched and I said yes and asked for ketchup. He quickly brought them (without ketchup, knives, forks, napkins, salt, or pepper) and asked if we need anything else. Then I said ketchup and wings—lemon pepper ones. We sat there, waited. Then my friend went to the bar, tapped the waiter on the shoulder (because it was loud) and asked for ketchup and the waiter told him not to touch to ever touch him. Not sure what happened there. I was there. Nothing in appropriate happened. A tap on the shoulder to get attention in a loud room. We asked for the check and tried to clarify what happened, a person (I’m guessing the manger) assumed we had been sitting there drinking and suggested we needed to sit and drink water. Very offensive. I had been working on my house since 8 a.m. and was very tried. I wanted a drink and YOUR food. I got attitude and no ketchup, knives, forks, napkins, salt, or pepper. Look. I get it. It was Super Bowl Sunday at 8 o’clock. I sat at a dirty table. I didn’t care about any of that. But the crappy treatment from an employ who knew who I am I don’t like. I was more offended by the manager’s attitude then by the waiter. We ended up going to Buffalo Wild Wings
My husband and I went there in December, about a month ago. We have really enjoyed our food there before and thought we’d stop on our way home. We were fairly disappointed, not in the service, but in the taste of the food we ordered. My husband said he’d give his Rueben a 3; he said it wasn’t necessarily hot and the amount of dressing and sauerkraut didn’t really compliment the flavor profile of the sandwich. He did enjoy his grilled vegetables, he said he liked them better than his sandwich. I was very … disappointed in my potato ? soup ?. Initially, I had to send it back because it wasn’t really warm and the waitress told me she’d had several soups since back because of that reason. I usually love potato soup, but it was one of my least favorite potato soups ?? I’d ever had and did not eat most of it. I would give the French Dip a three, but surprisingly liked the horseradish dressing, but not the au jus. My husband enjoyed the mushrooms and would give them a four. They were a very nice size and definitely filling, but all the flavors did not mesh well together to me. Maybe if they were cooked together for a longer period, I don’t know, but that and the grilled vegetables ? ? were his favorite.I don’t know that we’ll go there again. The first couple of times we went they were exceptional, but this time we were very disappointed at the quality/taste of the food for the price.
Chicken protein bowl was amazing! Great flavor and generous portion. Will definitely be back!!
