Don't bother applying here the manager won't bother with interviewing people. I had attempted and it was scheduled when it was approved prior and the manager just stared at me with confusion and doesn't even remember it. WASTE OF TIME!
The frozen yogurt is good, but the prices are way too high.
What I just experienced with the "manager" of this store, on my birthday today, really blows my mind. I saw the cash only sign on the door, so I knew they were experiencing some sort of issue with their system. I'm not sure exactly all the problems they were facing, since that wasn't posted. After getting my son and I's birthday treat, I presented the birthday coupon. The response I got from the employee was, "I can't do that!" In a very condescending and plain out disrespectful tone. I thought they were joking so I responded that I'd like to use the birthday coupon. He kept his same rude tone and repeated himself, "I can't do that!" I explained I understood what he was saying and that it would have been nice if he explained that in a nicer way. There was no need to respond like that. The store manager should have either resolved the issues and if not, should be properly trained on how to speak to customers with compassion and be professional in explaining the situation. I understood it might have been a difficult day constantly having to explain the system failures. There was need for that conversation to come to that. I am not happy I eneded my birthday with that interaction. If it wasn't for promising my son this treat, we would have left our items and walked out the store.
Nice place and well located.
Two girls that were working behind the counter this afternoon, about 5pm, both were eating frozen yogurt. After taking a bite went to add toppings. One kept messing with her hair and face and did not change her gloves before opening and handing yogurt cups to people or toppings. Also, kicking a ball behind counter.
Always good! Store is clean. Appreciate social distancing, mask and gloves required.

Don't go to the Hurst location. I went and the 2 girls working were just sitting in the back. Throughout the experience, they whispered to each other instead of doing their job, mind you.Two main flavors (strawberry and chocolate) weren't working because they needed to clean the machine and cheesecake came out terrible. I got 3 yogurts, one for myself, my son and my husband, it totaled to $18 and some change, which didn't sound right considering they didn't have many flavor options and hardly any toppings. Just do yourself a favor and find another frozen yogurt shop.
