$14 for 10 wings, which doesn’t include dip. $1 something more for ranch.Over $1 per wing…. Not worth it
Every time I come to Wingstop today Monday I give them the benefit of the doubt (despite the rude workers, in the morning the cook and the cashier are rude and speak Spanish to each other badmouthing the customers her name is Yasmin a lot of time confusion waiting and ordering food) However, this particular morning I received probably the worst customer service from a cashier who I believe was named Yasmin. She had a snappy demeanor, she would roll her eyes and whenever someone bothered her, she would sigh deeply. There was even a point where I was waiting for my food to be ready (even though I had ordered it online and it should have been ready) and the cashier developed an attitude with this woman that they didn't speak English clearly and I didn't understand the instructions she she was giving. giving, the cook talking on her cell phone in the kitchen.

Half my order was wrong and I was missing a couple items. Called about 15 times and no one would pick up. Hell even waited on hold for 45 minutes and still nothing. I love wingstop but this location is garbage. They are in desperate need of new management

I ordered for pickup. All of that was fine. Except the girl that gave my husband our order was rude, handed him the bag, didn’t say a word and turned around. Alright, guess you’re having a bad day. Get home and my order was wrong, too many plain and two less of lemon pepper. The kicker is the fact that the styrofoam containers they put them in were completely melted through. I’ve had a little pee size hole before but this is ridiculous. The entire bottom of one container had melted and a third of the top of the other. I literally could not even eat my wings because they tasted horribly of styrofoam and I’d rather not die that way. So now I’m out the money I spent AND I’m still hungry! I’ve not been impressed with the past few times we’ve ordered. Won’t be ordering from this location again, and pretty sure I’m done with Wingstop all together!

I THINK WE ALL KNOW THAT THIS PARTICULAR WINGSTOP DOESNT ANWSER past 9PM!!!! Yo MANAGER this happen to me literally last month coming out of work I wanted to call them to fix my order and THEY NEVERE ANWSERED and I got out of of work like at 11pm so they didn’t close till midnight and they never picked up the phone when I tried to contact them…SO I GET THERE AND THERE JUST LETTING ALL THE CALLS go through while I’m waiting for my order…..”so this is why we never get our calls answered”< is what I told myself and I was Yk what I’ll never come back again to this particular one well today I wanted Wingstop and I accidentally ordered to the Wingstop I said I would never go back tooo :(…..I wanted to get cowboys hot lemon instead of original HOT SINCE DoorDash DOESNT offer through there app so I was like hey Yk what I’ll give them a call and I called them 9:30pm 30 min before closing not even 10 min before closing and they never picked up the phone…. I can tell it’s those same night shift people idk last time I was there it was this one large round dude and this women in the back so idk what’s going on with ur employees mister manager but ur gonna keep receiving more complaints if u keep ignoring ur CUSTOMERS CALLS!!!!it’s ridiculous man I worked fast food industry and trust me I hated people coming in 10 min before closing but at least I gave them service and attended them idk it’s prob lazinesss of those workers and bad management of keeping good customer service…I hope someone reads this bc this can’t keep happening
Food was good, but I ordered to eat there and they bagged it as if it was to go. I had to go ask for it rather than them calling my name when it was ready.
