We waited way too long to get our order. Everyone that came in after us got their meals before us... their excuse was they were waiting on fresh onion rings but they had our fries and onion rings sitting under the heat lamp for over 20 mins before bringing them out to us. I watched them prepare the order and was completely unsatisfied with our experience.
It was a little busy in the drive-thru and there are young people working there. I ordered a double burger, an ice tea and NO fries. What I ended up with, a burger with a bunch of other ingredients that were crunchy - tasted okay, an ice tea, and an order of fries.I wasn't about to turn around and wait in line again, so I hope whoever received my "no fries" order wasn't too upset.
I’m going to be clear. THIS IS THE BEST WHATABURGER STORE that I ever visited. They’re always accurate on orders, friendly and maintain the store very clean. There’s an improvement opportunity with bathrooms tho. But still the best store (and you can be sure I know a few)Congratulations to the whole team. Keep the hard work, I really hope management remunerate the good job.
It has to be the worst whataburger. For the past 5 years I have lived in the area consistently their mayo is more like milk.. they always take forever this was true before covid. They always mess up the order. Found a hair in my messed up hard breakfast taquito this morning. GROSS!!! ?. Last straw for us waited 35 minutes for a cold, hairy, wrong meal.
we ordered 2 meals. One was hot and they enjoyed the new double bacon burger. The jr. burger was warm, hard toasted bun, fries were barely warm. It was very busy so we went inside. Service was good food was ok. This was my first time in years and I will not return. I was disappointed and if I want fast food I have better choices.
I'm a bit of a night owl, and as far as late-night food goes, this location consistently serves fresher food than what you'll get from the Whataburger at Precinct & Mid-Cities and the one on North Tarrant Parkway.
It's usually a long wait for food here but lately it's been super fast and all the food and had been great I do love coming here and thr team members see all awesome
Went through the drive through and they got the condiments on the sandwich wrong. We also asked for separate bags for the fries and they got that wrong as well. The food was good but would have been better if they followed the directions.
Black manager with dreads in a ponytail was very disrespectful and didn’t give me the receipt after messing up my order TWICE. Just kept repeating talk the general managers name and said she would be back next week the full order was wrong besides the chicken strips that was correct still no receipt I asked for the receipt and he told there is no receipt when I asked the receipt for the third time he screamed at me do not cuss at me but buy my receipt was still not given to me for the sandwich I paid for
Just not my day.
