This is the worse Starbucks! The staff always closes before the actual closing time. On several occasions the staff have informed me that the wait for my drink could exceed up to 15-20 minutes, which is not true they have my drink made within a few minutes after ordering. The staff tries to lead customers away by saying the wait is going to be long. Such ridiculous behavior! One time one of the workers made my drink after she made the customer who was after me her drink and warmed up her food. I asked why didn’t she process my order first and a different employee jumped in and said “she was before you ma’am” I said no she was not, the women was clearly behind me And I can see obviously. The original employee owned up to the wrong doing but didn’t apologize for what had transpired.This has happened multiple times and I refuse to give them anymore of my business.
Worse place. I was told they open at 10:30, it's 10:50 and still haven't opened. Customer service is awful. Don't really want to answer questions. I won't be back and does not recommend this Starbucks.
Worst service ever today from the employees here . Two girls at cash register one sitting on a stool. No greeting or what can I get you so I just said what I wanted. Put my card in and stood there waiting while she talked to the girl on the stool . I said “am I good?”. “ yeah you’re good.”Then waited 15 minutes for my drink . With only 3 girls in front me and one ordered water . The two at register hung out while one girl took her sweet time making drinks was even texting on her phone . I sat waiting on a chair by a dirty table and floor .Just a heads up to whoever is running this Starbucks . Didn’t meet the great customer service Starbucks usually provides .
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They help their friends before paying customers. We waited 20 minutes for burn nasty coffee and a water. If you want horrible service and garbage coffee come here and waste your money.

The employees are so nice to my friends and me and they have fast service, Madison and Charles and their other coworkers are very cool to talk with while they make your order, and they make the coffee just right.
They closed at 4:50pm, ten minutes early with no reason given. They have a sign staying they close at 5pm because short staffing but have 3 people behind the counter.

Ordered online...walked over to location and then still waited 30 minutes ... They are BUSY!!!! Very friendly just took awhile.
