Today was a crazy day. I placed a mobile order at 2pm, planning to have enough time to run to my pharmacy and then grab the drinks. My first mistake was not thinking it was Saturday and the pharmacy would be busy. Then, I thought I had placed the mobile order at the Starbucks down the street from my pharmacy…..BUT I screwed up abs had placed then at the one closest to my house. The drinks all were cold blended drinks and by this time I was 30 minutes late for my orders. I called the store and talked to Keith. After explaining the situation to him, he offered to remake the frozen drinks for me as they were already melting. That was my first spectacular impression of this gentleman and his staff. It was MY fault for being late, yet he totally offered. The second thing that blew me away was after the drinks were remade fresh, they offered to let me have the semi melted ones and no extra charge!!! (Which I shared abs gave to my neighbors.)I’m sorry this was such a long story but I worked in retail for over 25 years and this was a prime example of outstanding, extraordinary, and above & beyond service that a lot of businesses lack. Thank Keith and your staff for being so kind and understanding today. It made my bad day so much better. I’m sorry I didn’t have cash to leave you guys a tip for your wonderful service, but I hope your store manger or district manager sees this and does something special for you guys cause you deserve it. Thank you thank you and 5 stars go to Keith and his staff today Saturday April 23rd for making my day even better!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rude! They never say hi as you walk in like some of the other locations, picked up my mobile order and asked for a straw ( hate having to do that. Just leave them out!) she didn’t say anything and just threw the straw on the counter. Didn’t even hand it to me. I said thank you and she didn’t even acknowledge that I said thank you. I seriously felt like I was an inconvenience to them by ordering my coffee today instead of making it at home like normal. Next time, I will just go to 151 on rufe snow. They are always nice and friendly and a lot quicker.
Was assisted by Jaime in receiving items from a previous order that I did not receive! Such a pleasant experience, Jaime was so helpful and went above my expectations to make sure I got my order!

Staff is always nice and calm at this location, cleanliness is an issues but due to the customers not the staff.
Unlike 7-Eleven this Starbucks no longer allows customers to add cream, sugar and other add-ons. Not even a stirrer out.Heading to 7-Eleven.
