I’m not one one complain but this Starbucks is nothing but terrible. I give places more than 1 chance to get it together. People have bad days. First issue, the forgot the coffee in my Carmel macchiato and it was all milk and creamer. They changed it with no issue. There used to be a guy with shaggy hair who was very very nice and welcoming. He took care of it. 2nd issue- severed molded BlueBerries and when I’m given the lady was by far rude as ever. I then asked for a manger and her response “she is new”. New or not you don’t serve molded food then have an attitude. I can’t remember the managers name but I think Alexis or Alicia. She simply didn’t care. 3rd- I ordered a sandwich and it was cold! They never even warned it up! They were rude when I said something about it it. Lastly, I ordered, was given the wrong thing again. I advised it was the wrong thing. The guy who was working was terrible. He had an attitude and I even returned the messed up item. The manager again the same lady just looked at me. She didn’t say a word. The girl on the drive through did the same thing. Instead of “sorry I will fix this” or “that’s not okay” he didn’t even hand it back to me instead he sat it in front of me and didn’t say a word. This Starbucks just isn’t welcoming at all! I will not be back and I will ensure I go to one that treats their customers better and their manager actually takes care of things. I spend to much money there for people to be rude.
Staff is always friendly. She reminded me about my stars, so I didn't have to spend any money. ? It was a beautiful sunny day, so I sat outside. All the tables were in the shade. Perfect 1 hour get away from home.
I have a few go to Starbucks stores and this is one of them! They get my very personalized drink correct, store is clean and the customer service is great. Not to mention it’s located in a shopping center so you can grab your coffee and do some shopping or errands as well.
I went to the Starbucks by my house & my drink was just not tasting right (I tried a new flavor combo) I came in here just to ask for some sweetener because my drink what is a bit tart for my taste and instead of giving me the sweetener she asked what my order was and gave me a whole new drink (Grace was her name.) She was very friendly and more than willing to make my own mistake right for me. Tysm! ?
This Starbucks is normally very good but today I don’t know what happened. First they tried telling me that they couldn’t take the cheese off and when I explained they could he dropped it and everything was fine. When I got mine and my sisters food and drinks I was shocked. He took off the cheese and tomato’s leaving me with just bread and spinach and my sister got the sausage bacon cheese thing and only got bacon and bread nothing was asked to be taken off her except egg. Then in my refresher there was only 4 pieces of dragon fruit. I don’t know what happened today but I’m confused.
I love coming to this Starbucks they always make my drink right and they will have a line around the building and still get you up to that window quick they have such friendly team members always nice and smiling
The server was super helpful in helping me combine all my Christmas cards to one and and my peach green tea is amazing. Yum03/14/22Pink drink another great drink.. ❤️??
Normally when I stop by this store it's a little treat for myself because I have to go out of my way to get here. I placed a mobile order this evening (pick up at 8:03), everything went through and I drove to the location. When I got there (8:02), the door was locked, the staff were cleaning up, and they kept miming "we're closed". They refused to come to the door, even after I held up my receipt to show that I had already paid for the order and wouldn't even talk to me. After ANOTHER customer showed up to pick up her order, they STILL refused to even talk to us and she had to CALL the store to even get them to acknowledge to two paying customers standing outside just trying to figure out what happened. I have never in my life been treated so poorly and I had to jump through hoops to even get a refund since the associates inside would barely even acknowledge us.
The staff is very nice and greets you well. Very welcoming store and makes you want to come back. My drinks are made to order and I appreciate that!
Imagine being excited about getting a London Fog. Just to get home, get ready to take the bags out and both tea bags are floating around with strings and paper. I am beyond annoyed. Thanks for wasting my money, because I wont waste my gas driving back.
