So I ordered a yellow cake batter shake. This is what it looked like. I didn’t get a picture of the nuts, I’m guessing peanuts, in it. Thank goodness I’m not allergic to nuts. Obviously they don’t wash their equipment between orders. I won’t even start on the way the staff looked and how the guy sounded on the drive thru speaker. I felt like I was interrupting his nap, I definitely wasn’t interrupting his shower. Between the gross staff and the gross product, needless to say, I won’t be back.
Food was cold and nasty. I would not have been so up set because I understand that they were super short staffed Manger and carhop only but when I asked for napkins he was super rude ur not supposed to come in here.well I worked sonic for 6 years and managed 2 of them. I know people Walk in all the time we were trained to be polite and helpful no rude and yell.
I bought a medium cherry limeade at this sonic. I dranked a little if it , the taste was great. I made a stop before I got home and when I got back in the car I picked up the cup to take a drink. That's when I noticed something black on the lid. I tried to get it off and realized it was on the inside. When I removed the top there was black stuff floating in my drink. When I got home I poured it into another white cup to see if I could figure out what it was. I'm still not sure. I called the Sonic to make them aware and the guy I spoke to seemed more interested in getting off the phone than being concerned about what this nasty stuff was in my cup. I suggest you always take your tops off and inspect your drink before drinking it!
Gosh this location is the worst of all locations I've been to. Their corn dogs are always burnt. Their tea is never fresh. Bad management means they are understaffed and those that do work there seem miserable. This isn't a staff issue but a management one.

I placed a mobile order, arrived to pick up, and only the cook was at the store waiting on the assistant manager to arrive and open the store!! This is not the first time this has happened at this location!! I arrived, checked in, and waited 25 mins and they still never showed up!! I had called corporate to get a refund.

Do not get the chicken tenders box. Literally the size of my pinky and I have baby hands ?. I also received like 7 tater tots which when I got home I was utterly disappointed because that's the sole reason I have an urge to even think about this place
They have the best strawberry slushes with real fruit and their food is always really hot and fresh. Chicken sliders are amazing. Thanks y'all for making this a great food experience. Friendly staff 5 stars all the way
Ordered on the app and didn't have to wait long at all upon arrival. Carhop was friendly and quick.
