Got a kids meal and order of fries. The woman repeated it back to me as kids meal and order of fries. Came out with kids meal and sweet tea. Had to send the tea back for my fries and pay the 33 cents difference. While I had the tea go back, car next to me was saying to the carhop how their whole order was messed up. She sent it back to get fixed. Weren't a lot of cars there so they weren't being rushed to make orders. Food was good and fresh when it got fixed though.

Fast service, the guy was friendly. Everything was hot... But .. and this is the reason for the 4 stars...on my bacon breakfast toaster, there were two big slabs of about 4 pieces of bacon all fried together, and while there was a lot of bacon, it was burnt black... All of it, black... Burned to a crisp.Please don't burn my ? bacon!!!

This sonic has really gone down hill over the last year or so. After several months of adequate to poor experiences I stopped going to this location. Today I noticed the location was PACKED which led me to believe maybe they had corrected their issues and decided to try them again. BAD DECISION. As I mentioned the place was packed, I had to drive around twice looking for a place to park. I finally found an empty stall and placed my order. The screen was broken so I was not able to pay with my card at the stall. It took nearly 20 minutes for my order to be ready. When I got back to work (less than a mile away) and looked at my food it was instant regret. The burger was cold and bland. My chili cheese tots were lukewarm and looked like it had been made long ago and simply reheated. Sadly the taste was worse than the appearance. My drink fortunately was great but sadly it seems that is all this location is capable of producing anymore.Update:I received a generic response from the owner suggesting I call the 1800 number to report the issue with. I did so and spoke with a representative that did not seem to care about the issue at all. I was told that she will submit the info and simply thanked me for my call and hung up. Clearly no one at the location or the corporate office cares about the poor experiences of their locations.

Soooooooo slow! Took us 12 min to get 3 pretzels and a soda. Then they didn't bring the drink. Had to go back for that. That took another 2 min. I get being busy. But that is just dumb. I know this may be something stupid to complain about. But I did. Ur about to loose a regular customer. Yall are always slow.

Cherry Limeade and onion rings that are coincidentally (and luckily) VEGAN - soooooooo good!!

Took 20 minutes to get a #1 combo to the car. They were not too busy. And the carhop was not very polite. I mentioned that the order took 20 minutes and she responded by asking if I need anything else. They marked the order delivered 5+ minutes before it actually delivered. No one will see that it actually took so long.

Reyna the manager of the store Saturday morning she got actitud and I see how the coworkers feel in that can environment.

First time at this location and will definitely come back. Got a 6 inch chili cheese coney with bacon, onion rings and a cherry coke. I would have liked a little more chili, but everything was hot and tasted great. My Angie, my server was the best part of my visit. She kept the conversation going and put a smile on my face!

You have had the same 4 or 5 stalls out of service for at least the last year now. I never remember exactly which ones they are, but I always end up in one of them by random chance. It's a minor annoyance to have pull back out and find another stall, but it makes me wonder if Sonic Inc is ok? You're always busy, but is it so poorly managed that you guys will be going under soon? I would hate to lose a nearby Sonic.

I understand that a lot of fast food joints are low staffed, but I'd rather be told up front that my order is going to take more than 15 min. I sat waiting for my food for over 25 min. I even clicked the button to tell them to not worry about it & forget the $5 I paid - 5 min of waiting no one ever responded.
