Rodney took care of my large order quickly and super efficient, even though he had a long line and was working alone! Not only was my smoothie's blended to perfection, I was given polite service.
Smoothies are great! The way this place is horribly understaffed is not so great. & if you’ve ever been during a lunch rush you know it’s painful to watch; Two employees juggling a line of 10+ people , answering phones and making online orders. Management needs to have the GM IN THIS LOCATION making smoothies!!
Horrible. There is these two Whute boys that basically don’t even do anything just walk around. Last time I was here one of them took 15 minutes to make my drink even thou there was no other customers around. He took my order and hid on his phone in the back. While this time they just kept talking and joking instead of getting my order done. Hate it.
Today (9/21 @ 12:13 pm) was my first time at this location, and unfortunately I witnessed very poor management. Upon ordering there was an altercation between a customer and the manager. The customer has asked if she could get the extra smoothie in another cup to which everyone could hear “I am the manager and I said no!” I understand that their are company protocols and giving the extra smoothie is not permitted, however the manner in which this issue was handled was unacceptable, I personally felt very uncomfortable. The manager and customer were both visibly upset and the manager had unreasonably loud remarks to make to the other 2 employees, such as “She want special treatment and I am not giving it to her.” Again it is okay to say this to fellow co-works but there is absolutely no need for other customers to hear it.On a positive note Rodney and the other employee acted very professional. Rodney approached the customer and tried to alíviate the situation without over stepping his boundaries. Kudos to that. Additionally, the product itself is great. But unfortunately the experience I had today was terrible.
I ordered on the app this morning to pickup and get to work. Ordered at 8:21am and I get there at 8:30am and the store is closed and doors are locked. Store hours say 7am open. My card was still charged. I just was finally able to talk to someone by the name Rodney. He was SUPER helpful and polite and said he could refund my order but I asked if I could still get my smoothie. He said absolutely but would still like to refund my order for the unpleasant experience this morning! This is been the best customer service I have ever experienced Ina while! Thank you Rodney for being so polite! Rodney definitely deserves a kudos!

My husband just tried to come in and get two smoothies. The gentleman working stated they were closed when it says they are open until 9pm. Terrible location and closed at 7:30pm even when hours of operation stated on here until 9pm. No notice of why closure happened early. You would think they would want business on a Friday evening but I guess their loss. Great management....not. Please take your service down elsewhere. Not impressed.
I placed an online order but when I arrived, the order wasn’t ready. I looked on my app to make sure the order was correct, but accidentally placed the order twice. Neither of my orders were prepared and it was almost 30 minutes after the first order. The employees were all busy. I asked if they could cancel and refund the second order but no one was trained on how to issue a refund. One of the employees called his manager who said to write my order number down and he would complete the refund when he was back in the office. Two days later I returned to this location and asked about my refund. The employee said he left my information on his manager’s desk but he wasn’t sure if he got to it. Three days later I tried calling to speak with someone but no one answered. Today I came back in and asked to speak with a manager. Corbin asked how he could help. I explained my issue and he immediately took the initiative to help me get a refund. This young man showed leadership and took charge in the absent of his manager. Honestly I feel like he should be the manager. He apologized for the inconvenience and fixed the situation. Because of the incredible customer service he rendered, he retained me as a customer. I love smoothie king but after the week of being ignored i planned on boycotting this location. Corbin you have exceptional customer service young man. You’re going to go far in your career.
