This is incredible...8:30 pm and they saying is close because not enought personal...They suppost to close at 9pm and no clients on store, absolutly ridiculous from these 2 ladies working and trying to leave early.This happen in location 775 grapevine hwy, Hurst Texas 76054
I ordered a smoothie to be ready for 12:27 pm. I arrive to the store, intending to go inside and pick up my drink and leave, yet instead the door is locked and they are drive thru only. This would be fine, if I had known that and planned to sit in a drive thru, but I made an online order with the intention to get my drink quickly (after the 10 mins it takes to make it). I have an appointment at 1:00 and instead of being early to my appointment, I’m still sitting in the drive thru that I didn’t need to be in up until 1 pm. There is also a sign on the outside that says “for curbside, call store number”. I did that and it kept ringing until it eventually hung up, and now it is constantly busy if I call it. This entire thing feels extremely unprofessional. I understand low staffing, but locking the doors and refusing to answer the phone when calling the phone is an option offered for curbside, it should be honored. I wasted a ton of time and I could’ve gone to any other smoothie cafe and wasted less time out of my day.

Service seems to be always really slow on Wednesday mornings. Better off coming later in the afternoon if you don’t want to wait 15min
Very bad customer service.We been waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes no one came to assist us and as soon as the cars from the drive-through came in they start serving the people in drive-through and completely ignored us. And when we told him why they are not serving us, they said we prioritize drive-through first. Very disappointed.
It's sad in today's time they do not have electronic pay. Sorry folks. Bring Ole swippy. Or cash..
Went today around 5:30 short hair girl working was very rude and was mean to a elderly lady who was inside just asking questions she is just a rude worker
Drive thru is never open. Have been by multiple times and it is closed. Small hand written sign posted outside. Some of us have small children and it is not convenient for us to go inside. Also have gotten smoothies here and they are icy. Will not be coming back.
Used to be great but recently they take FOREVER! Cars always lined up in drive thru and they dont seem to have enough staff, takes forever to get a smoothie. Staff doesn't seem to care anymore.
Waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes noone came out. Another worker came through the door didn't acknowledge me. Told the girl I was there. The girl came out didn't apologize. Took my order went back to the back said something to the other worker. Came out didn't say anything. Gave me my smoothie. I said thank you and the girl just walked back to the back. Horrible customer service!
