Been a long time since I visited. The food is just as delicious as I recalled. The service by Shar was way beyond excellent. She had a smile the entire time and made us feel like she really appreciated us being there. The bonus here is that being on a low carb diet at a burger place is typically just a burger with no bun experience…not here…enter bottomless broccoli!!
We absolutely love RR. It's our #1 choice for family dinner and you can't beat the value either. Seriously, who else serves UNLIMITED RB floats AND fries?! Answer: NOBODY BUT RR! They ALWAYS seat us fast and the staff is also friendly and helpful. Texans don't really "get" RR but that's just fine with us because we GET IT and we were SO glad that when we moved here, there's at least a familiar "go to" family dinner place we will continue to enjoy.
I have not been happy with my Red Robin experiences of late. I do not really understand the direction they are trying to go from corporate. The food quality has been a roller coaster over the last 10 years and in multiple locations in multiple states. The service was really great at one point and has recently fallen off (though I was pleased with my most recent server). The menu size and selection, like the food quality, has also been an adventure. I really try to look for consistency in my dining experiences and really want Red Robin to achieve that. I have been a big Red Robin fan in the past but find myself visiting less and less recently. They do package take out very well! That used to be a problem in the past they have resolved now! This location has good parking and is well lit. Hanging in there hoping to see things smooth out soon.
The wait wasn't too long. We were sat almost immediately. I got the pretzel bites for an appetizer. They were darker than I had hoped. I didn't care for the beer cheese dip though it tasted weird to me but I also don't drink beer so it might have just been an acquired taste thing.I got the Arctic Cod Fried fish which came with the bottomless fries. I really wanted to like this dish because I love fish but honestly it just didn't taste seasoned it was just so bland I ended up not finishing it. For dessert I got the freckled lemonade cake. It was pretty decent. I didn't finish it but it tasted nice. The drink in the picture is the Sunset Lemonade I didn't order that the person I was with did. I just thought it was pretty. Also there was a Lego like burger on display behind where we sat and thought it looked cool. Overall the servers were very nice and helpful. I'd rate it 6/10 not sure if I would go again.
It truly amazes me how places like this can advertise "Gourmet Burgers" and stay in business. Does this look like a "gourmet" burger to you? It cost me $13.69 for a little cheeseburger with 2 pathetic pieces of bacon.Their burgers may be slightly better than McDonalds, but that's it. You can find a much better burger at Sonic, Braums, Burger Street, Whataburger or even In and Out for a fraction of the cost. To call these burgers "gourmet" is an absolute joke. Zero amount of love and care went into this!Tried it...never will again.
A little questionable value for money but other then that, great burgers!
Love this place awesome endless sides to share with friends
Ask for Kerry and ananda. Hard workers never wanted for anything. Excellent waitresses. Their section the tables were broke and cleaned no empty glasses !!
For a chain restaurant, the experience is pretty solid all around. The wait staff are kind, quick to seat you even during evenings, and quick to serve. Other servers watched for our drinks to get close to empty and brought over refills without us asking. Fries are refillable and our burgers were tasty. You can lay and leave at the table and the price is affordable.
Great experience and great food. New to me impossible cheeseburger is a hit. Onions rings or sweet potato fries. Dip the burger and fries in the camp fire sauce…you’re welcome.
