Their website NEVER WORKS! You can't put in a cc to even order. Then I call and they keep saying" I can't do anything " our system has issues. It's been months and same line being told. Being forced to order from Uber eats or somewhere and then it's way more money. I really hope corporate or someone fixes this issue. Or our company will have their orders elsewhere
The estimated time for my order to be ready was very accurate. My order was right as well, and a good temperature. I would like more dairyfree options but cutting the cheese works for now.
Girlfriend and I came in today. Service was friendly and got our order right. She wanted the BLTA without the Avacado, and they did it right. Food was delicious. Mac and Cheese was hot and melty.

I love Potbelly. Except this location. Every time I come to the one in Hurst, my order is messed up. Last time, it was an online order. I chose the cheese option. No cheese. Today, I walked in, told the guy what I wanted as my toppings, he messed that up. I guess I’ll drive to another location.

Delicious food and excellent customer service. Everyone is so friendly, and Andie went above and beyond to help me use a coupon on my app and make sure my kids lunch was great. Will definitely be back!
