This place is REALLY bad, and an absolute disgrace to the Pizza Hut name! I literally cannot get delivery because this location is "my location" and no one else will deliver.The first time I ordered from this location (2/5/22 @ 10:30pm), I was told that they didn't have any drivers and they couldn't figure out how to transfer an online/app order over to DoorDash/UberEats, and therefore I would have to come pick it up. That wouldn't work for my situation so they offered me a $25 gift card which expired in 30 days. Regardless, I ordered elsewhere so I could have it delivered. Hard to imagine tho...a pizza place...that doesn't deliver?The second time I ordered from this location (3/13/22 @ 9:45pm), I didn't receive:-1 two-liter Dr. Pepper-1 garlic dipping sauce-3 marinara dipping sauces-1 cream cheese dipping sauce (I got 2 blue cheese...like I wouldn't notice or something?)I did receive an order of mini-CinnaBuns which I didn't order. The driver said they were extra and the staff gave them to him but he didn't want to eat them since he was on a diet. I am 100% sure those were someone else's mini-CinnaBuns and not "extra" at all.I called the location and the employee didn't really care at all. He just blamed the driver but started yelling when I asked if the driver was the one who put the sauces in the box...because we ALL know that's not their responsibility. He once again offered the standard $25 gift card which expires in 30 days. My total order was $39.00 after a significant driver's tip during these high gas prices. They ended up charging me only about $17 for some reason. I suppose it was an attempt to get me to not write this review, but that employee was such a jerk with his, "Dude, you're just missing some sauces!" comment. I mean, A) I don't have my giant drink, and B) I don't want to eat my breadsticks without the marinara sauce. That's why I took the time to SPECIFICALLY ORDER & PAY FOR EXTRAS, but I got NONE!
Don’t waste your time here!!!! 45 minutes turned into 2 hours!!! We called to check on our order and was told it was out for delivery and that was 46 minutes ago!!! Finally received the pizza and pasta…..and you guessed it cold cold cold!!!! So done with Pizza Hut!!! Tired of paying so much and tipping 25% for this service!
I made a mistake when I ordered and when I called to ask them to fix it they were very polite and accommodated me. Great customer service and fast delivery. It was still hot when it got here.
The worst experience ever! They told me they were out of cheese for the shore, they told me to wait 30min that they were going to go and pick up the cheese from another near store!!!! Really???I did just accept that cause I was with my mom and she unfortunately likes your pizza, after 30 they haven't place my order and I had to wait for another 20min. I will try so hard that never ever again stop in one of your location or by any or your products! Congratulations for your manager and the exceptional way he/she runs the store and the stock list! Beautiful pizza hut!
Super easy. Ordered a head of time. Walked in at alotted time, got pizza, signed, walked out.
Half my pizza barely had cheese it was all sauce and pepperoni. The wings were the best part of the order.

We ordered pizza vegetarian..they made chicken pizza they charge it manager was very rude her she told Tammy..we left pizza on the store she did not return money .we are vegetarian.. tis is third time bad experience..we not going to go again plus I will tell all my friends plus on facebook too
Pizza was ready right on time and super hot and fresh! Curbside pickup worked great! Very impressed. Quality exceeded our expectations!
