We ordered two dishes, and had limited time to eat due to a movie showtime. My fiancé got his food, a meager supply of chicken and rice and I anticipate mine shortly thereafter. My food never arrived. They did box me up a plate to-go and the new manager offered us two coupons for lettuc wraps, but we had to make it to our movie. The food was way too hot to eat on the way and cold and congealed by the time it was done (understandably). Overall it was a lot of carbs and not much chicken, not a good balance. For $25.99 for two plates, we were really disappointed. Will not be visiting again.
Have eaten at many Pei Wei locations. I have always enjoyed the food. Lately it seems the quality over the last few years has taken a dip. I still find the food very good. Take out is my favorite option or having it delivered. Prices are competitive. Very corporate feel for a restaurant. (Not this location specifically. All Pei Wei Kitchens.) Worth a try for yourself!
Delicious, fresh and quick food. I stopped by after school, and had wonderful service and a scrumptious meal. Each Pei Wei is different, depending on the cooks, but this Pei Wei reminds me of when Pei Wei used to always get it right. Thank you to the cooks and manager Jessica Garcia for getting it right. I will be back.
Worst experience ever, first they gave our food to the wrong people they ate through it and later told the girl it wasn’t their food. They didn’t acknowledge that they made a mistake, didn’t apologize or said anything. We left after 30 minutes with no food and no apology from the crew also keep in mind it was only 4 people eating there and almost 5 people in the kitchen so y’all decided if pei wei is worth the wait.
I love Pei Wei, but what’s the point of offering curbside if every time I order, I have to go inside to get it? Every time. After 15 min of waiting, my food is cold on the counter.Stop offering curbside if you can’t do it.
Good people and nice restaurant setting. Good on the other hand is a NO for me and my family. The wonton soup horrible one of the most worse ones I’ve ever had in my life and the fried rice., I understand why my kids didn’t eat it. No go for us!!!
YUCK! PAID 30.00 for family meal it wS terrible all if it .They also didn't give very much considering its supposed to be a famiky meal. But that was alright because not me or anyone in my family could eat this Horrible food.Whomever your cook is DOESNT KNOW HOW TO COOK.LEFT BURNED BLACK CHARCOAL IN THE FOOD TOO.I DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STAYING IN BUSINESS
Their curbside doesn't work. Waited for 15 minutes patiently after checking in. Walked inside to find my order on the counter cold. I noticed another gentleman who appeared to be in the same situation as me. Also not a fan of a lot of the changes to their menu recently. They even changed the sesame chicken. It's just not the same, it used to be my favorite dish and now it's something completely different.
I went for dinner with my friend. I ordered combination fried rice(Chicken, Beef and Shrimp). It used to be $11.99 for all three meat, now they charge for beef $2.95 shrimp $2.95 Extra. Now all together $15.98 !!!portion of the food I would say little bit less than what it used to be. Worst part was when they add all the Extra charges they do Not mention it at the register!!!☹️
My 3rd time eating at Pei Wei, and my last! I thought that the last location was short on meat but now realizing that $12 only gets you a large bowl of rice with a few chunks of chicken as a side. Also I always pay attention to the difference in texture with my "chicken" between chicken breast & dark meat..but this was NEITHER. Meal should be $6 tops considering the ratio of side to meat, & quality of the burnt/greasy batter & non chicken that can't even be consumed, along with the rice that has so many vegetables cooked in u can't even tell it's rice!
