Seems another franchise bit the dust. Not only is Papa Johns outsourcing to DoorDash despite ordering directly from their app, but they don't care about quality of service anymore. I got a delivery tonight and the poor dasher was horrified to find out I had a decent chunk of my order missing and there was no way to contact them cause they closed by the time she got to me. What's worse is that there was an "unknown item" that was charged but not shown on her order list, which ended up being the pizza they shorted me on. According to her, it was some kid working alone and didn't give a dang about what's being sent out, just concerned to close the store before their scheduled time to close. Won't be ordering from them again which is sad cause I loved their calzones (papasidias) and roasted banana peppers.Update: the manager was willing to give me store credit for what was missing but didn't give credit for the tax or tip despite a near $50 order after tax and delivery fees, something they fail to show on their app final purchase order.
After placing order, website said it would be delivered with a eta of 30 minutes. 2 hours later still no delivery.
I've been using this papa's for 15 years & always had great service. Last 3 times the staff is incompetent, hostile, and unable to process orders correctly. This location has really gone down hill. I'm switching to the bedford location.
Was inside picking up for a delivery and want a lady long freaking Nails on her phone scratching her nose scratching her skin that and never once washing her hands but sure kept on working on the pizzas and the do and everything else that is the most disgusting thing I've ever heard dad needs to be dealt with because I will be letting everybody know every time I drop off an order doordash or GrubHub or instacart or favour and I will be putting on Facebook cuz I do have pictures
The new NY style pizza was horrible. It's not NY style in any way (way too thick and doughy) and mine was undercooked and mushy.It's like they just cut the amount of dough in half and called it NY style pizza.
The pizza was really good, but what a hell happened with the breadsticks I ordered. ?
I picked up a pizza from here since I don't live in this area. It was ok. Something just seemed off about it. Wish I could get my $17 back
If I could give this a zero I would. I placed an order with estimated delivery of 42min. One hour goes by…then an hour and a half, I’m fixing to call when tracking finally updated to on the way. 2 hours later!! 2 hours and I finally received my order. The pizza was ice cold. Looked like it was cut but got cold..cut on the bottom and top was solid. And the order was wrong!!! Wrong toppings!! Really? I wish I could take back my tip and in all honesty I’d like a refund. This pretty much sealed the deal. Will never order Papa Johns again! Ridiculous!!
Last 2 orders were roughly 45 minutes later than ready time. High turnover and employees who could care less is making the manager go insane doing everything by himself... will no be back... currently a line out the door of people canceling their delivery orders
This this the worst place to order from in real time this guy has my food I live 5 mins away an email t says on the tracker he is on the freeway 20 mins away that's not even the same delivery area
