Panera Bread isn't a spot I frequent but I had a gift card, and you know you can't let those go to waste. LOL I'm on a gluten free kick right now so I'm limited on options. I had their broccoli cheese soup even though it isn't GF. I figured it's a small amount so it shouldn't have too much gluten.,..right!? I'm glad I tried it. I wanted to swim around in the bowl ......it's DELICIOUS!!
Used to be good but service and availability lacking. They constantly seem to be sold out of things so to me that’s lack of management watching popularity of items. If doing delivery and they are out of something they don’t bother to call just sub it w something else without checking if it’s acceptable. When they do call I’m told they can’t do a refund if I don’t want a sub but they will make a “note” of it for when I come in. Why would anyone be happy with paying a restaurant for not receiving an item is beyond me
I love this place I must go to eat every day ? the food is more than great. Perfect customer service ? very fast and very friendly. I love this place more than my home
I recently tried the Caesar salad with chicken and broccoli cheese soup, really went down well. The University location is spacious and feels comfortable to eat in peace, went around 2pm on a Tuesday.
The last three times I've visited my order has not been correct. Of course the sealed bag is Covid friendly, but does stop someone from examining whats actually in the bag. I cant get a salad with chicken, but somehow a vegetarian pizza has chicken baked into it? I wont repeat the mistake of eating here again.
Not quite sure what’s happened here, but this Panera used to be soooo on top of it…hot, fresh food quickly delivered via curbside pickup…the last 2times I’ve done curbside pickup, I’ve waited for 15-20min after the app said my food was “ready for pickup” & after I’d hit the “I’m here” button, I’ve resorted to just having to go through the drive through. It’s really frustrating…it makes me feel like if I’m tipping specifically for someone to deliver my food, I should get that tip back since no one came out, no apology was given, nothing. Might have to make a different location my home location, cause the Hurst location has dropped the ball twice, with no remorse, now.
Placed my order with cashier for bakery items, they then start taking orders from customers after me ,not even grabbing my bakery items. By the time they actually get back to my order the items I ordered were all gone. Never returning to thus location.

I was blessed with a gift card if $50 and bought a pizza. It was awesome. There was $37 left on it and I paid it fora
I had half sandwich of Almond Chicken Salad and Apple Chicken salad.The half sandwich needed more Chicken salad. It had more tomatoe and lettuce than chicken salad. The piece of bread that is provided with the salad was a hard as a rock and it was cold. Would of helped if it was lightly buttered and toasted.The place was clean and the staff friendly.
