My husband and I walked into this location and was not acknowledged by any of the employees. We stood there directly in front of two employees and was completely ignored. After fifteen minutes of not even a hello or I will be with you in a minute, we left this location and will not return. A hello went have went so far and would have kept a repeated customer! Your loss, not mine! ✌️
Went too Panda Express on Precinct line rd in hurst . Got my food in the drive Tru and left . I ordered two entrees with shrimp witch cost $1.00 extra . I go to get the 3rd container with shrimp and it’s half full . So I open up the white container and the there’s hardly any food in the portions. I paid $17 for nothing. Do I take bag back and tell the manager she looks and says there’s enough food in there and slams food back into the bag and says I can’t give your money back or fix the plate . So I tell her I will be calling the corporate office. If you want small portions of food for high prices and rude manager don’t eat here. I’m in the customer service business and I would of fixed the problem and made customer happy not crap on them . If I was corporate I would tell this manager make people happy no matter what . I would not stand for this crap. It’s funny most of their reviews are the about the same thing small portions, rude people.
Food was average. Got bejing beef and mushroom chicken. Very dissapointed with the portions today.
Worst Panda Express I have ever been too. Was here for over 30 minutes. Drove up to the speaker for it to take 5 minutes and for us to have to say to hello to get someone to take our order. No one was in lobby and maybe 3 people In the drive through. Took fifteen minutes at the window for the girl to tell us to park and she’d bring it to us then waited another 15 minutes then some other girl came out to say oh are you waiting for three bowls like YES ITS BEEN OVER 15 minutes. Such an unorganized Panda Express. I will never return to this location.
I went there with 40 minutes before they closed and they didn't want to make any extra food because they said quote it was wasteful. And that customers weren't really ordering food at that time. There was a decent line still while I was there. It really was a simple fact of the crew being lazy and didn't want to do any work and they were already looking at the clock to cut out.
I usually love this place,but the last 2 times I've ordered delivery with the 12 pcs ragoons they have been extremely burnt and not edible :( the orange chicken was ok,but the ragoons are my favorite item and it's extremely disappointing
Had two delivery orders from this location last night. I knew better. This is the slowest, always out of everything Panda ever.My orders had not even been started upon arrival. I was told there was a meat missing from each order, but cooking , it would be 3 minutes...Carla and a young white male cook were really the only ones "working". Judy the manager was sitting at a table doing NOTHING through the busy time.People from the drive thru were coming in saying they had been waiting 30 minutes..Needless to say I was out of there in 40 minutes with my orders. Such a waste of time for delivery drivers...
Fast service and tasty food. The quality of the food is consistently good during peak hours. We like the orange chicken, honey sesame chicken, and Kung pao chicken.
This location has always been our favorite and service was quick and pleasant!!!
Went through the drive through and order a Panda bowl with super greens and teriyaki chicken. I wasn’t given any sauces or napkins but the food was warm.
