Today (3/9) was my 1st time patronizing and hearing about Mr. Jim's Pizza. I saw a commercial on NBC Channel 5 (KXAS) and wanted to try a local pizza place. I am very pleased with the taste as well as the size of the slices of pizza. I also ordered the CinnaStix (not pictured) This pizza is like a slice of heaven. :)
Always have had a great pizza! Favorite pizza would have to be the meat eater. Great bacon Plenty of toppings, great cheese, fluff crust, and made on time. Worth the price.
I ordered the bedder cheddar burger with garlic butter crust. Even though it looked appetizing, it tasted just ok. My husband took a bite and couldn't eat the rest. I couldn't taste the crust flavor too. I think it wasn't added (not sure). Plus point coupons are a saver. Whether I will try other pizzas, I don't know.... noticed the staff were whispering when I picked up my order.
The food was great! I did pay for extra icing for my cinnamon bread and didn't get it. I didn't want to drive all the way back but the food was so good that I still give them 5 stars.
Ordered 1 large supreme d’lish with some add ons and 1 large meat d’lish with some add ons through Uber eats today, but this is what I received, 2 pepperoni pizza’s. I’m so disappointed!
As a long time Mr.Jims pizza eater I can say these guys and gals have got it down. New location but ran by a long timer too. The Supreme D'lish was perfect so much so I'll show ya. Run in and pick up a pizza. pasta, wings and more.
Ordered over 1.5 hours ago, still waiting on delivery. Website said 35-45 minutes. Had to call multiple times to get a live person to find out the issue. I was told they were busy but my pizza is done. This store uses Door Dash for delivery, a complete an utter disaster. Received an update from Door Dash it would be arriving in 14 minutes, now it is 21 minutes.Do not recommend, zero management of time or orders.I’m still waiting….most likely for a cold pizza.Cancelled order. Door Dash eventually showed up 2 hours later, no clue the order was cancelled. Pizzas were returned with Door Dash driver. Awaiting refund. First time, last time.
Refused service even though I’m in the delivery area because the girl said she would be left alone in store. Also stated I was not in delivery area even though a I regularly order from this storeRevised rating is 5 star. They have fixed all issues and always take great care of me now.
This place is a gem......I met the owner one day who had prepared such a delicious pizza with alot of toppings for me ......u can tell this place takes pride in what they do.......just 2 nights ago I ordered the sticky fingers with extra sausage and someone by the name of McKenzie turned out a delicious pizza again with everything I had requested......best place for pizza in Hurst
Great tasting Pizza I had the bedder cheddar burger. but took almost 1.5hrs to deliver... Door dash driver got then left another driver had to deliver I'm guessing they didn't make the pizza until the 2nd driver came?Kinda pricey 24$ for 1 XL I've only had 2 other pizzas in this price range this is the better of the 3, not stingy with the toppings.With free delivery and a discount still came out to 27.xx and took over one hour that might be on door dash side?? If you got the extra to splurge and can pick it up go for it.
