This McDonald's is just like the rest. They are never prepared and extremely dishonest. I can't ever get strawberry pies here either because they are never made. It's on the menu but yet they don't make any. Then the lady thought i was in the drive thru and she tried to put an apple pie in the bag. She even told the other girl "so they're in the drive thru," and the girl says "no this is for the guy who is standing right there." Incredible not only are they not prepared but they also tried to rip me off, and give me something for 50 cents in place of an item that costs 1.50. Be careful everyone.... I will never return to this kind of dishonesty. This happened today 5-10-22 @ 11:41am. The burger picture is how i pulled it out off the bag.
Don’t go here. They will have u waiting for an hour and still get the order wrong. The cashier closed the door right in my face while I was talking. His supervisor was aware and didn’t care at all either…. Not worth the hassle just go to chic fil a
Will never go here again, first time here they gave me cold fries. Second time I waited 25 minutes at curbside and food never came, I would understand if it was busy or if I had a large order but it was a large fry. DON’T GO HERE, drive the extra 3-10 miles to a better location.
This place is disgusting, I'm not expecting a 5 star restaurant or anything but like the table are dirty as hell the workers are super ratchet, the whole restaurant can hear them laughing hard as hell and they're chilling in the back eating food not taking this job serious and we hear the whole conversation. My friend actually ordered at the register and instead of being greeted properly she said with a loud tone "WHAT ARE YOU MISSING" like wow. Completely mortified.
Monday March 21st at 4:30 am. Restaurant claim they were unable to serve any food other than breakfast burritos. Which is fine because the only thing I wanted was too large coffee. She then said she had to write it down because the system was not working. She then that you was looking for a pen and paper to write it down. I asked her what she trying to figure out the price of the comfy as she was a large coffee is a $1.29 plus tax comes out to a $1.83 two cups of coffee is $3.66 you can have $4 and keep the change I just want the coffee. She was still fumbling around on the microphone apparently trying to ignore me so I had to go elsewhere to get coffee
No complaints from how workers treat me here. Very friendly at least in my experience I should say- when I’ve came to this location and it’s been under stressful situations were like is very very long. I don’t blame the employees the whole Layout for this building needs to be under review and changed.It’s not efficient anymore in these times.Having the Handicapped blocked in by the drive thru line and then there’s only one lane as well to get to any of the two speakers.(Definitely need to mention that as that Line where I have Arrows coming from busy street in picture)- gets long it’s Blocking the only way out of the drive thru as well on Top of that.The frustration from long line of cars and people trying to leave spots but are blocked in is just a crazy situation.This McDonald’s definitely needs to be redone to fit the higher Demand Capacity we have now.The surge has increased so they need to accommodate better.Hopefully they have a solution.
Edit: Still a 1 star and here's why..Food was old and crusty. Top of the bun tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Burger itself tasted barely warm and just gross. The employee who took my order tried to get me to order on the kiosk even though I had change. I gave him change and he looked annoyed with me even though change is still money. He huffed and then went into the office to count it and then told me I was short a dollar even though I counted it 3 times. Whatever no big deal maybe I was off. Took off a French fry so I could afford the food and drink. Had a nasty attitude when I was paying the rest on my card and basically rushed me to grab my receipt and cup so he could get back to just standing around. I barely come to this location because I always seem to be so dissatisfied with the service and food.Absolutely horrendous service, don't go during the midnight shift. I ordered my food and got only part of it and was charged extra. The fanta was flat and tastes watered down, and the employees are rude. And last time I went they told me they wouldn't take my order because they were only taking grubhub orders. Also don't ask for sauce they either tell you no because you didn't order nuggets or they give you one sauce for a large meal. Lazy employees
My husband was just there trying to surprise me with an iced coffee (pregnancy cravings). He placed a mobile order and waited over 45 minutes in the mobile order spots. He called twice with me on the line, listening to the lady say she gave his order to someone else but she was going to be right out with the order. She never went out. By this point we’re both frustrated because my husband left work to bring me a coffee that should’ve been quick 10 minutes including the commute. But instead he went inside after waiting and calling twice. The lady who was taking mobile orders out said “I didn’t see anyone out there” , “he wasn’t there when I went out” and the manager issues a cash refund for less than the actual amount and when my husband pointed that out she said no that’s the right amount. I now have the coffee we waited an hour for and it taste like water and isn’t what was ordered!! It literally taste like the coffee sat there because no one ever took it out and they just grabbed it off the counter when my husband went in. The ice is small, clearly melted, incorrect flavor, nothing like what was ordered!!! No excuse for this! Managers and staff had the audacity to lie so much even with the mobile order showing , call log showing , me on the phone , and since when do you give cash refunds for a debit order? AND STILL REFUND LESS THAN THE AMOUNT SPENT! Absolutely ridiculous!! Hire a whole new manager and staff!
I placed a large order and they forgot 2 burgers which I realized when I got home. I had to drive back up to get my food and asked if they would throw in fresh fries with the burger (as a courtesy) since I had to drive back and the original fries were cold. Lamaria Williams told me she would only give me what I paid for and said it wasn’t her problem that I had to come back. In addition to absolute 0% customer service for the store’s error, not one person apologized for the issue. In fact, after Lamaria told me this was not her problem, she promptly closed the drive thru window in my face.I understand if the employees could not offer anything out of courtesy for the trouble of me having to drive back but an acknowledgment of the error with a half way decent attitude would have been appreciated.
No cashiers means your forced to use a non-user friendly kiosk, which isn't quick. Took forever to order a drink. Busy drive thru left little attn. for inside customers. Then I get handed a cup to pour my own drink. Seems I was the only one working there - should've paid myself as well.
