I went to this McDonald's to get 2 oatmeals. I go to McDonald's all the time! The fruit is packaged for a reason! Keep it out of the oatmeal and let customers decide to put in oatmeal or not! I called and left a voicemail and never heard back!Bad customer service!
My son and I went thru the drive thru this afternoon. The McDonald's on Airport Frwy at the Precinct Line Rd exit in Hurst. The line was very long, as it sometimes can be. We ordered our food and went to the pay window. Pulled up to the second window and noticed we did not get the cinnamon roll we had ordered. Well, we both know we ordered it but turned out we were not charged for it. So at the second window I asked for the cinnamon roll and offered to pay. There's no money till at the second window, so I was told I would need to go back around the drive thru or go inside. I asked the window guy if he could go over to a counter cashier person and make the transaction so I could get the roll. He walked away, came back and said no. I asked for the manager. It took her a long while to come to the window. She said no. She said they were too busy and I needed to go back thru the drive thru or go in....otherwise she would call security. Unbelievable. All the time it took the window dude and the manager to say no, I could have had the roll. When I drove away, there were 2 cars in the drive thru and 3 in the parking lot. That doesn't seem very busy to me. We will not go back to this location
This Food at this location is by far the best I have had from McDonald's in a very long time. Each visit my food has hot and fresh. The customer service can use some improvements.
Good food, great service. The restaurant was very clean and the bathroom was too. This is one of the better McDonald's I've been to.Most McDonald's I have recently visited have steadily declined in service and quality of food, for example, serving burgers and French fries that are cold and have been sitting out for awhile.This is one of the few McDonald's that are the exception to the others. They keep a clean and tidy restaurant and they genuinely seem to care about providing good quality food and good service to the Customers. Thank you.
Employee never said a word until I said 'hello?' they then said something like 'yes, waiting for your order.' So no greeting or saying anything to me? I just order my food whether or not they are ready? Very poor customer service. Also cashier did not give me or even offer to give me a receipt. My meal was a Bacon egg and cheese meal with orange juice right around 5am.Used to be a location that did better but I guess not anymore.
Went thru the drive thru, was just wanting a shake, was told shake machine was down. Every single time I go to Mc Donald's the shake machine is ALWAYS DOWN. It get old. I'm basically to the point that I will no longer be a customer at Mc Donald's.
Theres a manager here who is rude, refused to speak to me in English,and when I engaged in Spanish she totally blew me off an ran to her office. Other employees wouldn't help me resolve an issue with a online order I was supposed to pickup. This happened on 2/21/22 around 3p.m.
Fries always soggy, stingy as hell on ketchup now literally have to demand it. Ask for well done fries get a soggy mess of leftovers.
I don't want to jinx it but this is by far the best McDonald's I've been to, in and out of this state. The food is always hot and fresh and they're fast.This is our go to place for hot and fresh fries or good food.Yes the ice-cream machine always works.
I went inside, there was no line, which was great. I stood there for a minute and a young man with a pony tail came up. I greeted Him, he said, nothing. I asked if they had the The Deluxe Double not the meal, he rang it. I asked if he was okay, he just looked at me. I then told him you don't say hello, you don't answer my questions, you should not be behind the register giving customer service. He just stood there. I asked for someone else to help me, then he walked off to finish the fries. No one came, I then asked for a Manager an old lady said, "she would be with me in just a second." As she was walking out the door she said," He's a Manager, she's a Manager." None of them acted like a Manager. Obviously they didn't care, so I left.
