Saw this on TikTok and decided to try.First and foremost the service was great our waitress was the best and so nice. However, the food was terrible. The Chicken fried steak you can get from DQ as strips it’s the same. The mac and cheese / rolls are straight from golden chick, the baked potato was luke warm at best, the steak tasted how a meat locker smells, waffle fries were not seasoned, the salad was okay at best and the mozzarella sticks you can go to target and get better ones for $2. Overall I only gave two stars because the service was good everything else just go somewhere else.

I ordered the fried fish, loaded potatoes meanwhile my bf and mom ordered salmon and a burger. The food was mediocre not great. The rolls were good the only real downfall was the service and wait time. We had to ask multiple times for several things because our waiter kept forgetting and barely checked on us. The restaurant wasn’t busy and the bar wasn’t packed (we ordered beers and alcoholic drinks) my appetizer came after I finished half of my entree also. I really wanted to like Logan’s since I’m new to Texas but unfortunately it wasn’t right for me.
First time trying Logan's. The rolls were deliciously fluffy. My steak was insanely overcooked (asked for medium, but received well done). The best part of the meal was the smoked wings. Most restaurants that claim to offer smoked wings usually do not have actual smoked wings. The wings tasted like they came fresh off of a charcoal grill. I ended up ordering two orders the following day. I also had the house salad and liked their ranch dressing, it had a very unique taste, kind of spicy with cilantro.
Waitress didn't come to table for 15 minutes. Then brought drinks, took our order, never - never saw her again at our table, but she served others. 45 minutes later someone, not our waitress, brought out our entrees -- still no salads. Server said she didn't know anything about our order, just was bringing out food. Asked to see manager. He came to our table and offered to bring salads! We said no thanks, but to take back some sides that were cold and not hot. Offered additional sides, we thought in compensation for no salads and cold ones, but he charged us for every little thing, including cheese we never got! We had to stop another waitress to get the manager to even get our bill! We have been patrons here for years but no more, never going back.
Totally loved Logan’s and how they helped us celebrate my brothers birthday who passed away. He would have been 53 today and the manager and a kind waitress and bartender waited on us. We had the best service and food was great!
Always good service and food. Today was a surprise!!! A Great surprise. I gave the Grilled Meatloaf a try. WOW. The taste alone was terrific, the grilling added an extra WOW. Complete with homemade mashed potatoes and terrific brown gravy.
The food quality has dropped. The steaks are okay but the sides were lacking taste. The rolls are still great. The grilled shrimp tasted just off, maybe on the brink of going bad. The green beans tasted fresh out of a can with no flavor. The server was really sweet but after are food was delivered she didn't really check on us. The steaks were a little over seasoned while everything else was a little lack luster. In no hurry to return for the food.
Recent experience, (like all previous ones), was great! I am in the hospital and really looked forward to a nice, hot, tasty meal…they did not disappoint! Customer service on the phone was also excellent and they really took care of me. My family and I will continue to dine here! Thanks for all you do. :)
