We ordered food through door dash and the meat in one bowl was raw, in the other bowl not all the veggies were included and it was half full. We called to see what they could do to make it right and the manager hung up on us not once, not twice but THREE times. Do not eat here!!!!! Horrible customer service and horrible food! Raw steak and raw chicken.

I called this location after ordering about the spoon of rice they gave. The manager offered an extra spoon of rice when I return. I brung my entire meal back and he offered to refund one bowl. No I paid for two and brought the entire meal back and want all of my money back!!!! I left after being told I can’t get a refund for either meal. He said I ate out of one of the bowls because we mixed the food up. However they both were mixed up because I really thought I was about to eat my meal until I saw the teaspoon of rice. I will never visit this location again it’s always something the rude managers!!! He literally argued with me and told me to hold on while he goes to the back to find the corporate number. Really sir? He came back 10 minutes later and said 1-800-Genghis and he’s closed so I need to leave.
My first time coming here and I am absolutely coming back. The food was amazing! Horrible waitress but we were ok with everything else.
Ordered a bunch of food for the family for a good price. Enjoyed their lasagne and the service was quick. Would definitely recommend!
Family Bundle Lasagne is AWESOME!!! Ordering over the phone is easy. It was ready when we pulled up and everything (bread, Caesar salad and the lasagne) tasted so good!!! We will totally do this again! Thank for you serving the community during this difficult time Carrabba’s!!! Be safe and well!!!
The atmosphere is nice and the food is good. The service is very good but sometimes slow when busy. Prices are a little high
Carrabba's is on the opposite side of North East Mall from Melbourne Road, and I needed to explore a bit to find it. Once inside, my experience brightened considerably. The bread with pesto and oil was very good. I had Linguine Positano with chicken and liked it very much. The restaurant was playing very listenable modern jazz and I enjoyed that too. Service was good. Overall, a positive experience.
