Placed an order (placed it before 5pm) for pick up at 9 pm , they don’t until 10! I pull up and they are CLOSED! ??‍♀️ This store owes me a refund!

Strike one, I ordered curbside and they never came out. You apparently have to go through the drive thru and pick it up there. Thats clearly not how that works nor has any other JJ ever handled it that way. Strike two...a few weeks ago, their point of sale system went down on a Saturday in the middle of the afternoon. No one responded in the drive thru, so I only found this out by going inside. I sat in the parking lot and waited. Just a few minutes later, they helped three cars in the drive thru. I went back inside and the lady said she told the younger gentleman to go outside and get me since I had been waiting and their system was back up. Well that didn't happen. Strike three...so tonight I traveled 10 miles to this same location at 9:40PM. The store closes at 10PM. All lights were on including the neon lights, except the drive thru menu. It might have been the same guy from last time, but either way, he was disgruntled by aggressively hitting his headset mic and upset that a customer dare get there before they closed. I asked if they were open to which he replied "we're almost closed." Clearly, homeboy wasn't willing to work (typical of that age bracket). With the growing number of one-star reviews, it is clear this store should be avoided.

Great location! I eat a lot of Jimmy Johns & not all are created equal. The location near my house needs help. I won't blast them, but the Hurst, TX location nearest work is the best I've found. Awesome. Kudo's. Please Stay Great!

I’m not one to leave reviews! But this place is ridiculous! I’ve waited for an hour and half for my food. Spoke with the manager she was beyond rude and telling me whatever and hung up the phone. They give the worse customer service ever!! Now won’t pick with the phone to give me my money back.

Absolutely ridiculous place. Ordered online. Charged my card they somehow didn’t get the order in their system. Drove up to the store and was told lies. Will be calling corporate. Highly doubt they will do anything. Avoid this place.

Stopped by at 9:47 on my lunch break on 1/24/22 and they saw my car at the speaker and ignored me and kept cleaning.. even pulled up to the window they don't close until 10 and they kept mopping away and ignored me.

Just came to this location 12/27/21 at 7:20pm door locked only one employee inside talking on the phone signaled us to go to the drive thru. We waited until she was off the phone and then she tells us there’s no French bread only sliced wheat. So we left. What’s going on?

I paid for my food and “Trish or Trisha ( the manager) rudely stated I did not and so the deliver driver already left. I stated that have I paid and Trish stated I was rude. (Btw my bank account stated that I did.) I called corp office and let them know what had happen, they said they would contact the owners. Guess what. Never heard a word from ANYONE or a sorry for the rude customer service from the store manager. Soooo I guess the owner is just as rude as the manager. This is just poor customer service from corp down through the franchise location. It’s all about getting your money nothing more greed….

(Sunday, December 19, 2021) Have been to this one prior and received great service, we were having trouble deciding what to eat all day long and decided on ol’reliable…. A sandwich from Jimmy Johns. Fast forward, we went through the drive thru for a #7 (Spicy East Coast Italian) which has *double* Genoa Salami, *double* Capicola and Provolone; with hot peppers, onions, tomato, lettuce and Mayo then a #5 (The Vito) Salami, Capicola and Provolone; with onion, tomato, oil and vinegar and oregano basil both ordered with Cucumbers on them… well they took there sweet time creating these pieces of misery lol… they were wrapped up beautifully and with time, even received our jalapeño chips …. We got home ready to eat these delicious flavorful sandwiches I cut them open and began to set them on our plates and realized my sandwich had only Provolone, Lettuce and NO MEAT ON IT? (#7) Capicola and Genoa salami- both which are doubled and my boyfriend’s #5 which looked thin too, but they only left off the oils and Capicola. This has been the most dumbest thing we’ve encountered all year lol. We went back to Jimmy Johns and told them that there was nothing on the one and only a small amount of salami on the other…. The response was “oh, we’re out of Capicola” which the one who took the drive thru orders never said but again that can slip minds and that’s not even the problem lol, * WHY WAS AN UNFINISHED SANDWICH WRAPPED UP AND GIVEN TO SOMEONE TO BE EATEN * the place wasn’t even busy, ordering took place at 4:27pm

Ordered a sandwich at 6pm. It never arrived. Called the store twice and the man who answered was super rude. Called back again at 7:17 to be told that the delivery person had already delivered my order WHICH I DIDN'T HAVE. Drove to the location to pick up my order, the man with red beard and glasses told me that "he didn't care" that I had to come pick of my sandwich over an hour later. Jimmy John's just lost a customer because he didn't care.
