Things are a lil iffy coming here after midnight. I’ve experienced systems being down, cook that can only make breakfast, and more recently a grilled chicken salad with chicken so dry and hard it wasn’t edible. Use caution and check your food thoroughly.
Good food. Good order accuracy. They rush you quite a bit when you're ordering and aren't polite. They're not rude, just not polite. They could be a little nicer.
I normally don’t write reviews, but had to write one for this location. I ordered an Oreo shake and it came out with the best presentation I’ve ever seen. All of my other food came out fresh and hot as well! The lady that took my order and gave me my food had fantastic customer service skills.
I ordered my food online, paid for it, sent my daughter to pick it up, and the drive thru could not find my order and were very unhelpful about how to fix the issue. I had been in the ER with my husband and was driving home when my daughter told me about them refusing to fill the order. So I drove to the location. They were more helpful, but still could not find or fill the order. So I ordered our meal for 5 again and paid for it again. We were missing a burger but I had already driven home and did not feel like dealing with them again. We disputed the order online and still have not received a refund or any sort of communication. TBH the service from most JIB is almost always terrible but the food is so extremely tempting. I will say I most likely won't use the app again but I'll continue to miss a burger or taco here and there to satisfy a junk food craving.
I got lunch items in the a.m and was more than satisfied when it came to the quality of the food. Food made fresh would explain the longer than usual wait, I don't mind.The location is also super convenient and with employees that are kind, I can't find a reason not to go again.
Haven't been to this "new" one yet. I have bronchitis and can't talk very loud. A second person was yelling in the back ground which made it harder to hear and be heard. Comments about me speaking up/louder etc. That was uncalled for. At window I said I had bronchitis and the window person was nice.
Sent my husband to get food for after the baseball game tonight.There was a woman who told him that it was CLOSED? 24 hour establishment that was staffed.... was closed. I have to work 3rds so I will not have food tonight. I hope the store manager knows his employees are closing his store and not making him money.
The only reason I gave this location a 3 ⭐ is because of the service decisions. When I worked @ Whataburger 22 yrs ago it was all about appreciating our customers. I know times have changed but customer service shouldn't! If we didn't have an item advertised on our menu because we ran out it isn't the customer fault they came to our establishment because of that menu item and their cravings for it! So if we were out we complimented them with that free item on their next order or gave them free drinks or dessert. Being a Team Leader I was able to make that decision and my shift knew already w/out even having to ask me. I was disappointed that Jack in the Box doesn't offer the same. I just expect to be treated how I treat others and being told that their out of a menu item isn't our fault. We weren't from the area so being tired and hungry pulling over to eat and rest havin to then drive to another location to get exactly what I ordered at this location was just sad. I'm glad I didn't fall asleep getting there but my cells were hungry & needed to be replenished. Other than that this is a beautiful location clean and staff was nice just under trained in customer appreciation.
American fast-food restaurant is my favorite place.
Every time I come to this Jack in the box after midnight there is an issue. System is down then why are yall working if you can't yake orders. Short staffing so all theu can do is mobile orders. What the hell is that about. I'm sick of this location. Matter of fact I want a part time job there at nights because they don't do work obviously!!!
