After a few meals of great Mexican food we were searching for something to change up our menu. Italiano’s had a good rating so we pulled in for an early dinner (5:30 on Saturday) to a mostly empty parking lot which concerned me. On entering we were quickly and warmly greeted. We chose not to have drinks or an appetizer for this meal. We did each choose to have salads; he got a chopped salad and I had a Greek salad. When they arrived, I knew immediately that he wouldn’t care for his as it had too many olives chopped into it so quickly switched with him and I was quite happy with it and he with the Greek. For our meals, my boyfriend had the Farfalle Rustica which was an incredible arrangement of flavors and I chose the more traditional chicken parmigiana which was melt in your mouth delicious!

My husband and I came for our first time ever tonight. Sage was our server, cool & funny guy. Very assertive and communicative! He let us know they were short staffed but my husband and I sat on the porch which was so nice this evening, we didn't care.My stuffed Mahi Mahi was impeccable. Fresh fish, great flavors and balance. The Bread and oil is great and refreshing! We got stuffed shrimp for app and whew it was so delicious! Man.My husband got some entré called "di amore" or something like that, little lack of flavor and some noodles were hard.Sage was great but at the end forgot we asked for creme Brulé to go and we waited almost 20 min so my husband had to go inside and look for him.My husband had to bring up "maybe it's a half off-Brulé?" LOL that made me laugh and Sage decided he would comp it. Got to the car for a bite and it was BURNT. Maybe happened on purpose because he did comp it? Not sure but that's my fav desert so I was really looking forward to that. I would've been even more mad if we payed for it and it came like that to-go.Bread, stuffed shrimp, stuffed Mahi Mahi, & both cocktails were 10/10.We will be back again, but we know what to look and ask for now.EDIT: it won't let me leave a review but wow. Today changed the way we look at this restaurant. Its mother's day and we came to celebrate but not only was almost all of our brunch COLD when it came out but the service just was not the same as we had the the previous time we came (our first time ever here). The fact it was all cold was such a turn off but since we were waiting so long for the food and had somewhere to be in 45 minutes, we didn't send it back. The fact they opened up early to prepare for a special day, and that our reservation was at 10:30am, should've given them plenty of time to prepare for pleasing customers coming in to celebrate. Definitely not the best experience and we most likely won't be coming back unless we sit with our previous waitor in the initial review. He would have never served us cold food. There were 6 of us and all food was cold. What a shame.oh and on top of our dishes being cold, my crab eggs Benedict also did not have a full egg with a yolk on one of them. It only had yolk on one half. Spending hundreds of dollars here for mother's day, you'd expect so much more. Just hadn't been a good experience, which sucks due to us trying to make the most of our morning here. 2/10 today.

First impressions are critical, especially in the restaurant industry. My first dining experience at Italianni's was GREATLY disappointing. While the menu had some standard selections, it lacked a basic Italian dish, Eggplant Parmesan. My first disappointment. The Shrimp and Scallops with risotto, which I eventually selected, was luke warm and unappetizing. The risotto was tasteless, dry and grainy. The raspberry marsala was a creative touch to a classic sauce, but the taste of the wine was still overpowering. The service complimented the food in that it was equally lacking. When I asked our waiter for a recommendation as I perused the menu since eggplant parmesan was not available, I received a standard reply that everything was good. This obviously was not the case! Later, when a friend (guest of honor) pulled up a seat next to me to talk, our conversation was rudely interrupted when a member of the staff shoved a chair next to her at the table behind us. She did so without any courtesy. After my friend left the chair, the same wait staff shoved the seat up against the wall, again as if annoyed. In general, the wait staff was unenthusiastic, rushed and irritated. Overall, Italianni's dining experience was tasteless from its food to its service. So, I left the restaurant with a bad taste and lacking any desire to return.

Pros:Great lunch menu with very reasonable prices.Really, really great waiter who was welcoming, personable, attentive, friendly, and helpfulThe cheesecake was SO GOOD! Highly recommend it.The chicken fettuccine alfredo was great; the crispy chicken was cooked well. The music was great! There was no wait to be seated and took very little time to get our food.Cons:I wish the manicotti had a bit more substance or something solid to it. Maybe chicken perhaps? We’ll definitely be back!!!

The spaghetti carbonara is delicious. The lasagna is off the chain!I recommend the house Merlot. Italliani's has a pleasant environment and prices are reasonable.

The food was great and I highly recommend this place. Nice atmosphere and good friendly service.

We wanted to Celebrate Valentines evening at Italiannis. We had a reservation and were seated right away. It took our waitress 20minutes to acknowledge us. She wasn't "that" busy as there were empty tables in her section. Meanwhile two other couples were seated in a section where a server was working and he introduced himself to his 2 new tables...(while we still waited on Giselle...to come by our table. He got their drinks out and took their orders. We're still waiting. Patiently. She finally came around got our drink orders and took our food orders. We waited over an hour for our food! She came back twice during that hour...to tell us our food would be right out ..they are plating it right now. another 20 after she told us this another 20 minutes went by. The other server ..had his guests food out and they were enjoying it. At 2 of the tables that were seated long after us. My husbands food was warm....and mine was COLD. I ordered the stuffed lobster. The topping on the lobster was hard as it was overcooked. The linguine was cold. So I wasn't eating it. After 20 minutes that waitress came by to see if we needed anything else...and I wasn't going to say anything. But my husband told her ...not really as her food was cold . She said " well I don't know how that could be as the linguini was what I was waiting on..that was why your dinner was late getting to the table". (Like I've never cooked linguini um like 8 minutes tops). She offered to get me some more. (30 minutes after our food came) But I told her that was ok... as my husband was finished and we were just waiting on the check. In all of this time, both of the other waiters tables were done with their food and GONE. He was now working on the next guest that was just seated. I was very disappointed. It wasn't even that crowed. As we were there New Years Eve with another couple for dinner...and everything was great. The lobster and linguini were cooked perfect and our waiter was wonderful. Not sure that we will go back...as the waitress didn't seem to even care. We are really not people who complain about things as we don't like to draw attention to ourselves. But my husband was trying to make our evening very special for Valentines day...and sadly it wasn't. :-(

Love this place! Always a treat! Great food, service and atmosphere!

I am thoroughly impressed. Since Covid, I have given up on looking for great food along with great service and enjoyable atmosphere. Italianni’s was pleasantly amazing. It is my first time here. Tyler was our server. He was in point, professional, friendly, and provided superior service. The food was amazing. The best calamari I ever had. I wish every night out was this incredible. Thank you so much for meeting expectations and raising the bar.
