Luis B. You are extremely awesome!! We enjoy our visits here because of you. We thought this was a one time deal for the service you give but now it's been 5 times us visiting here. You have maintained consistency thus far. You tend to our needs in a timely manner. There is nothing we need to ask because you already have it ready for us. Great communication skills and friendly. You rock!!
Wow! We love Ihop but they have really gone down hill. We just picked up an order to go and it took over 10 minutes when there were several people standing around ignoring us. They all acted liked they weren't at work. We didn't even arrive until 5 minutes after they said it would be ready to make sure it was ready. Now we just left and our food has been sitting there for 15 total minutes just because no one wanted to help us. Plenty of people doing nothing because the place was dead. I hope a manager reads this because I work hard at my job to have the money to spend at places like this but with this kind of staff I will never be back. -from a frequent customer
The food here is better than at other IHOP locations around here, but we have learned that the manager is totally incapable of answering any questions. His command of English is lacking. If you happen to get a good waiter or waitress here, you will probably get a good meal. If you get a bad one, you will not get any resolution or answers from management.We ate there this evening and had to send something back to the kitchen to get it cooked some more. We had a good waiter, so this was not a problem.
Came here on a Saturday night at prime time and got seated quickly. Food was delicious and service was great. Came for the all you can eat pancakes and ate to many, they were so good!
I called to order to go this morning and the lady on the phone said she was to busy to take my order and that I should just order online. I told her that I was driving that I was unable to do that at this time. I told her I was heading that way she told me to order when I got there which I did. I understand busy but when I got there three people are working the front so she could have taken the order instead I have to sit here. I love the food here this is the first time I have had a complaint. Not everyone can order online.
Worst experience in a long time, the service by our second waiter was alright. The original waitress was absolutely unacceptable the attitude when asking about an item was completely unnecessary. And the swooping in and snatching stuff off our table without asking if anyone was done with it was her trying to be confrontational. Asked for a manager pretty sure we got a cook, there is no accountability in this location. People saying and doing whatever they want I don't know if this is a franchise or not but you should be ashamed how your employees talk to people. Will not return, the are serving syrup in bowls, salt and pepper in packets and eggs out of a carton. It was McDonald's quality at best.
Always great food and wonderful service
Myself and many family members have eaten at this ihop location often over the last few years, and have always enjoyed it. The Staff is friendly, especially , Luis, who has been there a very long time. All the staff works hard, and tries to give very good customer service, food is always so good! Occasionally, they are very busy, and now with covid around, they can be understaffed, as all restaurants battle at this time, but the service and food is worth the wait!
This is a 2nd IHOP location I have been to recently. Both seemed to have a problem with waitstaff responding in timely manner. I am more than willing to understand the current problems with having enough waitstaff due to pandemic. When the restaurant is from 1/4 to 1/2 full I would think even the kitchen could get the food out quicker. The food was cooked to order & was hot when delivered. Food cooled waiting for salt, pepper & syrup to be delivered. The staff was pleasant & did the best under circumstances. This location was better than the other. All things considered I would recommend this location if you have time to sit & sip coffee.
I placed an order over the phone. When I picked up my order the manager, William, ran my credit card twice. Then he told me that I was only charged once. I immediately checked my account on my phone in front of him. I asked him to look at my phone so he could see that he had in fact charged me twice. Then he became very rude and told me one of the charges should drop off by the end of the day, so I asked for his boss's contact information. He simply said "Marco".. He finally gave me Marco's phone number after arguing with me about the charge. Marco told me that he would check into it and call me back. I then called IHOP's customer service center and filled a complaint. After I filled a complaint Marco finally called me back because he had been informed about the complaint I filled. He apologized and told me that the second charge was going to be reimbursed to me. He also offered to compensate me by reimbursing me for my meal that cost me $25.96 twice but they didn't. The next day I was only reimbursed for the second charge of $25.96. My family and I used to spend a lot of money at this location, but after this situation we wont be back..
