Very unprofessional employee called Lisa. I ordered some food and the lady said it will take 13 minutes I said it's fine. 45 minutes later, yes you read it right, and nothing was ready. I asked if I could cancel the order and she was upset for some reason and she's like I'm doing my best and shouldn't been working today. I said I just asked if I could cancel the order not complaining I have other stuff to do now and she's like me too I have another job after this one. I'm like WTH that's a very rude one!! .. I'm done NOT returning to this location!
The customer service treatment from the drive thru on 5/23 made my meal pleasant tonight. Since Covid, we have endured poor customer service at times from many restaurants struggling to stay open and tonight we go great service from a fast food chicken spot.I just wanted to brag on the woman working the drive-thru tonight who once I had ordered repeated my order back to me before telling me pull forward. Before she handed me my order she repeated my order back to me and told me thank you.The food was Golden Chick's best but it tasted even better since the drive thru person appreciated me and my family stopping by.Kudos to her!
Fresh piping hot french fries and polite service. Spicy chicken tenders and buttered rolls, like what's not to like? If I had to nitpick something, I didn't get any extra spice on the side and service was slower than expected but fresh fries are a great trade off. Will be visiting again!
Definitely not Texas portions. Fish are small and somewhat over done. Shrimp are small. Chicken was a little greasy. IMOP price is not worth it. This was my first time. So sorry. Not impressed
Horrible service the girl on the phone was rude af to my mom! Not believing her that they didn’t give us our roles with the food! Making it seem like my mom was lying! Why tf would we lie about dinner roles. Never doing Business here again. If I could I would give 0 stars!.
Delicious but, a bit pricey ($10.99) for the 3 piece catfish dinner considering the amount of food you get. See the photos.
The lady working the drive thru at 515 pm on 4/2/22 was the worst. Worst experience ever there was a told a wait time on my order of 7 mins for my fish (which is told them I was ok with) waited 4.5 mins before any kind of acknowledge ment at the window in those mins nothing about my payment or anything then when I say something about it she laughs about it. No I'm sorry or anything like that so I asked for my card back and went to another location which was so much better that location will get a five star from me Donovan at the 2600 w rules Blvd location was amazing and I will continue to go to that location
The food was very good and hot. Marjorie was super sweet and helpful!
I absolutely lovED this location and their food, but as of recently the service is terrible, drive through takes 20+min and gets it wrong 9/10 times. The food is great IF you can order and IF they get it right. I'm done, will not return and DO NOT recommend this location.
We ordered the the family roast chicken meal. They messed up the order. Didn't get the 4 rolls that came with the meal even though we paid for 4 extra rolls. The chicken was very spicy and very salt! The salad described as with romaine lettuce...it was iceberg! UGH!
