surprisingly bad experience. ordered two big burritos for takeaway but when I arrived they had run out of chicken for the second burrito. so I had to wait around for a half an hour while they cooked. this was around 7/8, not like they were about to close. the second burrito was left laying half completed on the counter while I waited. when finally completed I got to take my cold burrito home and enjoy the underdone-feeling chicken in it. I was told that the one that waited in the warmer was passable. and as usual, they totally forgot the sour cream and salsa on one and lime juice on the other. disappointing. was given a pair of fountain drinks for waiting, I would rather have had good burritos that were made right and on time. store was not busy, plenty of just waiting.
Great food and customer service. The manager is funny and great at small conversation. I’ve tried all the different meat and vegetarian options and can always find something to fit into my day. Most other “burrito or bowl” restaurants end up overcooking or undercooking their rice. Never had that issue here.
I normally don't complain in reviews because I understand things happen, and nothing is ever perfect, but there was just no attempt by the staff I feel like. We walked in, there was 5 people behind the counter. 2 people at the register paying for their food, and no one seated eating. The place was filthy. Multiple tables that hadn't been touched, still covered with food, and the same goes for the floor. I saw at least 2 people standing around. Then when it came to the food, the girl making my burrito might as well have been rolling a taquito. Fell apart as soon as the foil was unwrapped. The pork was as if it was being boiled to cook it, with how much liquid was in it. Then I had to repeat the same thing over and over to the person working the register, and looked at me like I was stupid when I said I wanted to use my points. And every person that we saw working seemed to have the same checked out attitude. I think it was probably my worst experience at this location.
Came here to get food for me and my boyfriend and decided to go inside down the line instead of place online. I start my order and then it turns out they have no white chicken and didn’t put an order in for more until I showed up. I was informed it would be 30 min for a new batch. They offered the dark chicken but told me it would only be enough for my bowl, not my boyfriends. I don’t know who is managing the place but looked dirty behind the line and they can’t seem to be stocked. Won’t be coming back
Ordered curbside pickup. The food was ready on time and stayed warm until I got home. Service was friendly and the food was delicious.

They only had beef and pork. I wanted neither. I placed my order online. I arrived to find my order wasn't prepared and they didn't have any non meat items.
The food was decent but if you get the cauliflower rice you almost feel like you overpaid for the amount of food you receive. The staff was quick but not very friendly. No offense to other locations, but I would be okay if I didn't go back. However, the quality of the food was good so maybe they are for you.
